I am starting round 4 loading today. The plan is to do two days of P3 foods for loading. That way I can minimize the gains. My LIW was 148.4 and stabilized at 150. My final goal is to be 127. Honestly I can appreciate simplicity of this diet, it is my time to focus on me. I learned a really big lesson after round 3. HCG does not make me invincible to weight gains! My current weight is 152.6. This round is coming to an end with 16 days remaining. My goal is to reach 145 lbs for round 3. Right now, I must go with my heart and cycle back to P2 in March. My ultimate goal is 130lbs. There is not much to report. My eating is simply eggs, chicken, tilapia and on protocol veggie.
Hello 155lbs. After never stabilizing in R3, I struggled to maintain at 150lbs. To be honest, after I saw 150s again...I felt defeated and stopped weighing daily. So here I am back on round 4. What's different this time? Loading was only healthy fats. Overall I am learning not be hard on myself. Short term goal: lose 10. Long term:reach 130 lbs. Either way I will join a support group for my body issues (BDD). Happy Releasing!

I am still in P2. I decided to keep going. I will take it morning by morning...Maybe I will reach 40 injections on July 7th. Its only 6 days away! This morning before work I tried on my "skinny jeans". These are my rock and roll ripped jeans textured in tales of debauchery. They fit me purrrfrectly. Plus the scale was down .6 As of today, my weight is 146.8. This weekend is packed with events. Maybe if I focus on fun instead of food, time will fly by. Have a great holiday.
I decided to cut this round short with 30days on VLCD. I am at 147.2, the lowest number was around 145. My body needs a break. I started working a second job a few nights a week & weekends. No excuses but it is a difficult schedule from 7 to 10. I really want to enjoy my holiday with a bit of coffee and a whole lot of cream This round was extremely easy in the first 3 weeks of releases. It was a successful round but I could not have predicted the ups and downs of my 3 and 4th week on VLCD.
R2P2VLCD25 and my morning weight was 146.2 That alone is not saying much. But for the last 2 days I have been eating coco crack and lots of it. Not sure what triggered me to go off protocol except for a long stall than having TOM visit during that stall. But good news for me, I am down 2 pounds and still releasing. My lower body is a curvy size 8. But yesterday I fit some H&M chinos size 6. The inches are really amazing.

Option 1: Planned Cheat on 4/4/11 wings or a bun less burger
Option 2: Only complete 30 days and glide into P3 on 4/4/11
Option 3: Planned interruption from 4/1/11 to 4/4/11 but have to remain on VLCD until July 16th total 40 day injections.
Current Weight 147.6 with 12.6 lbs till current goal of 135lbs.
But I will a 3rd round Sept.1 with final goal of 125lbs.

I was on the verge of an apple day or cheating....then TOM came over. That explains my week of stalls and general low enthusiasm. Got a chance to hit the farmer's market on Saturday...after making $200 from reselling my too big clothes. The scale did move down to 148.4! The inches are most impressive in round 2. No shopping until P3, the change in inches is very apparent. 20 days left...13.4lbs to goal to be continued....
Not sure why I am here, except to help myself by venting. This week I started my new position with new work hours. Well since Monday after landing on 148.8, it has been a turtle race with no end in sight. The scale went up .2 midweek and back to 148.8 for 2 days later. I am ok but getting a bit nervous about not being able to hit my 135lbs goal for round 2. Now I am fluid therefore I have settle with" I need to do a 3rd round" in September.
