Thai shrimp:
1) make a thai sauce by food processing juice of fresh lime, garlic, cilantro, basil, mint, thai chili (if you like heat), ground ginger, salt and pepper, stevia if you must
2) pour a bit over cooked (frozen, then thawed) shrimp, 1 portion and let marinate awhile.
3) moderately fine chopped cabbage - as your base
4) mix it all together with a little more sauce - DELISH!
