Thai shrimp:
1) make a thai sauce by food processing juice of fresh lime, garlic, cilantro, basil, mint, thai chili (if you like heat), ground ginger, salt and pepper, stevia if you must
2) pour a bit over cooked (frozen, then thawed) shrimp, 1 portion and let marinate awhile.
3) moderately fine chopped cabbage - as your base
4) mix it all together with a little more sauce - DELISH!

    Me oh my!!! This is exactly the kind of recipe I was looking for. I call myself a spice-a-holic because I love just about
    everything I eat to be peppery and hot. About the only way I can get through this diet is to at least thoroughly enjoy the dinners
    that I prepare for myself. I just know this will be one of my "go to" favorites! Thank you for sharing!
    I'm betting that finely diced chicken would work with this also.
