Down 2.2 pounds this morning which puts me at 196.6 and a total of 9.8 pounds lost for the first 4 days! Woohoo!
Yesterday:
Apple
Chicken with salsa and asparagus for lunch
P2 chili with a dollop of fat free fage
1 tsp of cocoa crack
Only 14 pounds to go until I'm back at my LDW from last round!
