  1. Back on the Wagon - R2 D2 P2

    Alright, this year has sucked. Long story short - I started HCG in January at 222.2 pounds. I lost 40 pounds. Now, it is October 25th and yesterday was my first day back on P2 - I started this round at 215.4. HCG has helped me realized I am a food addict. I eat when I am happy, I eat when I'm sad. I use any excuse to eat the worst foods possible. I will not let this get the better of me. So, here I am again.

    Down 2.2 pounds this morning which puts me at 196.6 and a total of 9.8 pounds lost for the first 4 days! Woohoo!

    Yesterday:

    Apple
    Chicken with salsa and asparagus for lunch
    P2 chili with a dollop of fat free fage
    1 tsp of cocoa crack

    Only 14 pounds to go until I'm back at my LDW from last round!

    Down to 198.8, a 1.6 pound loss for the day and a 7.6 pound loss overall for the first 3 days.

    I had an apple for snack, chicken with salsa and asparagus for lunch, and dinner was P2 crockpot chili. Yum! Skipped dessert because of the sugar content of the tomatoes.

    Finally got rid of the nasty headaches I've been having. I think my body was just detoxing from sugar and junk.

    Yay, here comes day 4! I think I'm also going to try my ecigs again and cut down ...

    2.4 pound loss for this morning! Woohoo, that puts me at 2004 so I'm almost back in Onederland.

    Yesterday was basically the same as the day before. Chicken for lunch, my cucumber was gross so I skipped it, apple for snack, beef cabbage rolls for dinner, apple for dessert. Had a nasty headache again toward the end of the night. Hopefully today will be better.

    Hello everyone! I am back and on the wagon again. To recap - I did my first round of HCG in January for 57 days and lost 40 pounds. During maintenance, I stabilized at 6 pounds above my LDW, and stuck at the same exact weight for several months. Then over the course of the last month and a half or so, I gained about 20 pounds back due to a combination of stress, bad eating, and too many medications interfering with my system.

    Last night we went to Ted's parents for my early birthday dinner and to announce our engagement. His mom made chicken I could have, but the veggies were creamed corn, pickled beets, and carrots. >.< Also she made me brownies for my "birthday cake" so I was definitely off the wagon last night.   7. R1 - P3D3 and Before/After Pics!

    Woke up this morning to a 1.6 pound gain. I think a few things contributed - not enough output is my main suspect. I also have some pains in the left side of my gut that I think are due to this. I took some magnesium citrate today so hopefully that will help. Also I woke up earlier than usual. The only new foods I added yesterday were zucchini and jay robb whey protein, oh and mushrooms.     Woohoo P3 Day 1! My 72 hours was technically up last night so I had some P3 things because I was STARVING! I probably went a little overboard but I only gained .2 this morning and I'm still .8 under LDW! I had a string cheese snack, chili with ground sirloin (100g) for dinner, made with tomatoes, onions, garlic, and red bell peppers and a splash of red wine which I reduced for flavor before adding beef broth.     Ahh... my last day on VLCD. Tomorrow I begin P3 and I am practically jumping with joy! It's dampened by the fact that news about the foreclosure will come today. Either they will foreclose today and we have 30 days or less to find a place and be moved, or they will push the foreclosure back another month. So I'm a bundle of nerves and excitement.     Hello everyone! I took my last drops on Saturday so yesterday, today, and tomorrow are my VLCD days with no drops. I start P3 on Wednesday.

    My LDW was 182.8. It was a .8 gain from the day before. Today I lost .4. Yesterday I was a little bit bad, I'm feeling adventurous this close to P3. I ate one teaspoon of cocoa crack to try it after I made it and it is so delicious!
