    Created a "am i REALLY hungry test?" for myself as I seem to struggle in this area....

    1.) Hmmm am i hungry? (Thinks about P4 food/ Watches kids eat Pizza / drives by 31 Flavors / smells fried chicken / husband on coach eating chips / food commercial on tv / coworker just made popcorn / work luncheon) Yup I think i'm hungry...
    2.) Before skip days, dose adjusting, forum posting, panicking, obsessing, stuffing face ...

    Chalking it up as a mental break day and getting my head back in the game tomorrow. Not sure what it is. Still been messinng with my dose trying to get it right. I have no hunger for like 1 or 2 days and then i am starving. Having a really hard time breaking the old bad habits when i am starving, it makes it so much worse then when i feel "full" those few days. Plus i think once you kinda cheat it just snowballs.And that was me tonight. snowballing. bad...

  6. P2 Aguadito de Pollo (Peruvian Chicken Cilantro Soup)

    Makes 2 servings:

    200g Chicken
    approx 4 cups of chicken broth
    1/4 bunch of cilantro
    1/2 Serrano Chile
    1/2 Yellow Chile
    (can sub chile's if those particular two are not available)

    In a small saucepan heat chicken stock. Add chicken and cook. While chicken is cooking add cilantro, peppers and some chicken stock in a blender and set aside. When chicken is done, pull it out and shred with forks. put chicken back in pot. start spooning ...

    2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - pounded thin
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    1 onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 pound chopped tomatillos
    2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
    4 cups chicken stock
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
    2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
    1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
    salt to taste
    ground black pepper to taste

    1/2 pound tomatillos, unhusked
    1 serrano chile peppers
    1 jalapeno chile peppers
    4 pequin chile peppers
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 small whole onion, peeled
    2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
