Asparagus Frittata

Asparagus Frittata
3 egg whites
1 whole egg
1 clove minced garlic
1 T dehydrated minced onion
1 T water
1 t parsley
1t paprika
1 t cumin
1 dash of Salt
Tabasco (to taste)

Remove woody ends from asparagus. *Break spears into 2-3 small pieces. Add to pan with garlic and cook until tender. Preheat oven to 400.
In bowl, mix eggs & water, then add asparagus, minced onion and spices. Stir mixture to blend together. Pour egg mixture into non-stick baking dish and bake for 10 - 15 minutes until done. Top with Tabasco and serve immediately.
