Food Tastes Good but THIN is Mouth Watering

P2 Aguadito de Pollo (Peruvian Chicken Cilantro Soup)

Makes 2 servings:

200g Chicken
approx 4 cups of chicken broth
1/4 bunch of cilantro
1/2 Serrano Chile
1/2 Yellow Chile
(can sub chile's if those particular two are not available)

In a small saucepan heat chicken stock. Add chicken and cook. While chicken is cooking add cilantro, peppers and some chicken stock in a blender and set aside. When chicken is done, pull it out and shred with forks. put chicken back in pot. start spooning in cilantro mix to the pot to get it to your liking.

Warning this gets spicy!!

    So...do the chilis count as the veggie? Sounds SO SO good. And I LIvE on cilantro normally. How does your body react to having these veggies outside the protocol?? I really wanna try this! Thanks for sharing all your recipes
