    What I wonder..

    Is it maybe a good idea to eat P3 while we are in our waiting period? I figure it can't hurt? Not that I'm going to be very successful because I've been adding in odd things to try and settle my stomach down (latest add in is coconut water from young coconuts.. traditional Thai and Malay remedy for crook stomachs!).

    Apart from the fruit its not too far off how I used to eat a few years ago when I was super healthy and skinny and bouncing around with energy!

    Probably right. i hhave been trying to cut out the diet coke, bought some tea and am slowly backing away from the creamer..

    as far as food goes im still saying bye to the favs. today is going to be vietnamese (spelling) Pho noodle soup. Goodbye dear friend

    mmmmm pho is awesome. I haven't had real pho in years because of gluten issues, but I make a great faux pho (yes, I make terrible puns) at home.

    PS. I just got my tracking for my HCG. Its being processed by customs in NY. Hopefully they release it without issue.... we'll see..

    Seriously love the Pho. I need to learn how to cook this sans the heaping pile of salt... hmmmm
