Well today is the first of my loading days, I made a good-bye pile and anything I know I shouldn't eat to be healthy I put on the pile.
There isn't that much bad food here in the house on a regular basis, My biggest problem has been eating when I'm stressed out. I've managed to get the cause of my stress under control, quit my job,
moved to a new apartment and my SO both decided we wanted to make things work out. And I've learned new positive ways to handle my stress, I didn't even junk food spaz out on my last TOM.

Now that I have all those ducks in a row, it's time to get this weight off and get my life back on track.
I can't wait to pull those size 5 skinny jeans out of the closet and put them on again!
