    Well today is the first of my loading days, I made a good-bye pile and anything I know I shouldn't eat to be healthy I put on the pile.

  2. Starting soon

    I'm so excited, to start my hcg next week.
    I've been almost ready to admit to myself that I needed to change for a few months, if any of you have had the *feeling* you know it.
    The almost itch when you look at yourself in the mirror and you think I can't stand myself anymore.. but I will have to change. .. am I ready to commit to that?
