First week down!

I was thinking the other day, I have no clue at this point what round I'm on since I first started doing this 4 years ago. In the beginning it was to get my body back and finally be happy. The last couple years they've been maintenance rounds more than anything. I have always kept journals but after this long I don't even know where those notes are.
I do have all my notes in my computer though from things that have worked for me to things that did not. As well as cycling, which I have found works best for me.
This first week has been really good. Not so drawn out as they have been in the past. I've got one week down and about 2 more to go before I head into P3 for a couple weeks. Then it's on for a few more until my goal has been reached. I am currently 20lbs from my goal. I remember my very first round I lost 18lbs in those 23 days. That I will never forget bc that's when I became a believer.
This time around I have been going rogue as well. I have my apples during the day for my fruits, but at lunch I will have a huge chicken salad (as much as I can eat). I use homemade pico de gallo to take away from the blandness of not having a dressing. For dinner I make a Jay Robb smoothie that's chocolate flavored. I add ice to make it nice and thick. I drink some water but lots of iced tea during the day. If I drink lots of plain water I get frustrated. But I do like to drink Smart water. For some reason I can tolerate drinking more of that than anything. I also drink lots of Perrier, grapefruit or lime flavored. The bubbles also give me that fullness feeling that doesn't lead me to wanting to snack. And with my smoothie I'll have sliced cucumbers with salt and a tad bit of lime juice, that's my salty crunchy food for the day.
I figure when I get bored of the apples, that's when I'll have the freeze dried strawberries.
That's about it so far. I'm hoping the next couple weeks go as smoothly as the last one has. I think the time went by fast and nice bc of the fact that I am still recovering from my breast reduction. it'll be 4 weeks on Monday and I honestly cannot believe it's been 4 weeks. The 2 months prior seemed like forever as I waited for the time to come. Another 4 weeks and I'll be able to be active once again. I can't wait.
Well, that's all. I hope you all have great losses!
