Ready to be thin

  1. round 3, day 14 ... day 1, no hcg.

    Decided yesterday was LIW at 126. Today was 125.6 so a little wiggle room.

    Was POP until dinner out at a college sooner game. .. Had some fries and a few bites of my sons slurpie type. Still under 900. One more day low cal than I can officially add good fats.

    Goal is to maintain in the 120s.

  2. Round 3, VLCD 14

    Dropped 2 overnight, back to 126. Today may be LDW, or tomorrow, not sure.

    Even today I cheated a little. Still low cal, but not 100 percent POP.

    Tried bison for dinner, not impressed, but didn't dislike it either.

  3. Round 3, VLCD (if you can call it that) 13 .. Way too many cheats

    I haven't posted because embarrassed I am totally cheating and messing up. The jig is up, ready to call it quits this week.

    Day 10 - posted about my glass of white win and gain in .6
    Day 11 - didn't post, had 4 glasses of red wine (remembered I do better with red) ... clearly way too much .. and had meatballs as a 3rd protein - gained 2.4
    Day 12 -didn't post, woke up to the miserable gain of 2.4 ... was pissed and ready to give up, had a donut with my kids ... ate decently ...

  4. Round 3, VLCD 10 ... Had a glass of wine tonight for my fruit

    Dropped another .6 so made it to the weight in my avatar!!! I love this weight tho and feel terrific, but will probably stick it out another week to try to get lower into the 120s .. but please rest assured I am still a size 8 (sometimes 10) pants (aka 29 in some brands) ... it's awesome but nowhere near "too thin" ... I have to credit my genetics for my wide frame

  5. Round 3, VLCD 9 - Dropped the Cheat Weight

    Dropped .8 so the cheat weight is gone fully, plus a little. I am so close to my lowest weight last round!

    It was pointed out to me yesterday that mushrooms are not P2 – it’s been awhile since I read pounds and inches. Since they are working for me, I am not going to eliminate them. I also have miracle noodles which are clearly not Simeons-approved but have worked for me.

    I have a long work evening tonight so I am cooking ahead food to bring along … and also ...

  6. Round 3, VLCD 8 - Hunger almost NON Existent Today

    Today’s weight .. 127.0 … so most of the cheat weight is gone but still not back to Sunday’s low

    Today:
    AM: Apple
    Lunch: 93/7 burger with salsa and 2 tomato slices
    Dinner: leftover shrimp and stuffed mushrooms (stuffed with onion, garlic, celery, cabbage)

    This 140 does is really doing wonders for me! I made it till 6pm with no hunger pangs. I am having a small dinner then an orange, and might clock in under 400 calories today. Hoping it ...

  7. Round 3, VLCD 7 ... Another cheat, another slight gain .. back on track

    I didn’t post yesterday but here’s what happened.

    Morning weight yesterday – 126.4 – my lowest weight since June.

    Yesterday, I ate P2 for breakfast and lunch but then cheated in the evening as planned ahead. Like my Friday cheat, it could have been a lot worse (I avoided the desserts and pasta salads and bread, for instance) but I had quite a few cheats -- veggies with some dip, a few trisquits, sliced ham, and several glasses of red wine, and a little ...

  8. Round 3, VLCD 6

    I didn’t post yesterday but here’s what happened.

    Morning weight – 127.2 so dropped the mysterious gain and then some

    Yesterday, I ate P2 for breakfast and lunch but then cheated in the evening. It could have been a lot worse (I avoided the choc chip cookies, for instance) but I had salad with a dressing, a few tablespooons of hummus, chicken in a pesto sauce and about 4 glasses of wine. I had a wonderful time with friends but I am paying the price for the wine ...

  9. Round 3, VLCD 4 - Gained ... Not Sure Why ...

    Well, I spoke too soon yesterday about the awesome losses in week one, and I should have followed my own advice not to weigh this morning. This morning I was up .8. I DID have extra protein and one extra fruit, but it was P2 foods, so I am not sure what went wrong. It could be the sore throat lozenges I had … 3 … either way, I am sticking to protocol today and changed my dose slightly to 110 instead of 120 to see if it helps with hunger.   10. Round 3 - VLCD 3 - I love the first week losses in Phase 2!

    Another great loss – I LOVE the losses on week of HCG. I am down another 1.6 and hit my lowest weight since mid July. I am tempted to stop weighing daily because I know eventually there will be a stall or gain.

    I woke hungry but had an egg white then got busy at work … and I have been able to hold off till 11:30 to have lunch.

    Today's meals ... Mixing the order up a bit

    AM: egg white
    Lunch: Soup with shrimp, shiritaki noodles, cabbage, onion, ...
