Round 3, VLCD (if you can call it that) 13 .. Way too many cheats

I haven't posted because embarrassed I am totally cheating and messing up. The jig is up, ready to call it quits this week.
Day 10 - posted about my glass of white win and gain in .6
Day 11 - didn't post, had 4 glasses of red wine (remembered I do better with red) ... clearly way too much .. and had meatballs as a 3rd protein - gained 2.4
Day 12 -didn't post, woke up to the miserable gain of 2.4 ... was pissed and ready to give up, had a donut with my kids ... ate decently middle of day then had some sugar free candy and Caesar dressing and parmesan cheese on my restaurant Chicken Caesar salad (I did skip the croutons) .. then had some gulten free crackers and a little cheese, figuring the day was a waste - woke up to a .6 loss
While I want to be thinner, I am happy with my weight. Anything below 130 is a good weight for me. Sure, I have more abnormal fat, my thighs and hips are bigger than I want, but I am 48 years old with 3 kids, and I don't need to be perfect. I need to live and eat with my family.
HCG did work for me - I started back in February 2013 at 146 which was considered overweight. I am now a healthy BMI.
I am going to do VLCD today and tomorrow with the HCG, then do my 72 hours of VLCD without HCG. I am hoping these 3 POp days will get me back to the 125 something as my LIW, but if not, it's ok. I need P3. I need salmon and salads with cheese, nuts and olive oil.

Round 2 – Lost 10.4 lbs (135 start) – 24 days of VLCD
Gained 5 lbs over the summer ..

Day 3: 128.4
Day 4: 127.2 - cheated
Day 5: 127.0
Day 6: 126.4 - cheated w glass of wine
Day 7: 127.8
Day 8: 126.2
Day 9: 125.6
Day 10: 126.2 - cheated w 4 glasses of wine
Day 11: 128.6 - cheated w donut, crackers
Day 12: 128.0 - I am staying POP today
