I am now on day 4 of P3 and I am .5 below my LIW at 168.Lbs. I am eating about 1050-1100 calories per day so far. I have introduced eggs for breakfast (2eggs) and olive oil with salad. Little bid of whole milk in my coffee in mornings. Fage total greek yogurt and mashed cauliflower. I have also discovered chia seeds which are very healthy and I started taking them yesterday.
