I'm updating my blog this round with some of my go-to P2 meals. It helps to look back on previous rounds what I was eating and it also might inspire any readers who are looking to pick up some P2 meals. If I can edit this post I'll add some pictures when I remember to take them! Note: I use MCT oil when sautéing food, it's not on protocol so if you want to be strictly POP then use some liquid stock instead. I have these two at the moment pretty much on rotation: ...

Hi Everyone! Newbie here on Phase 2; will be 2 weeks tomorrow and already down 10 pounds I was curious if anyone has donated blood during this time? I'm sure there are all sorts of crazy things happening in my body chemicals right now, and not sure if that is optimal. I give blood regularly, so that is not an issue, but just wondering if I should wait? I'm obviously not as 100% strong and sturdy with this LCD and I can't exercise as vigorously as usual.

Each individual has different issues in losing weight, others would have more than one issue that are easy to resolve and some have just one that take extra time and effort in resolving. Ha! Sometimes I don't have even that! Tomorrow at about 9:00 a.m. will mark 72 hours since last hcg injection, so could move into P3 for breakfast. Not hungry this morning. Yay! Reached my goal of 25 lbs. 25.6 with one more day to weigh for my LDW. Looking forward to P3, but nervous, as most people are. Aldi's order is in and I've looked up some recipes to help keep us on track.

But even replacing a quarter lightens things up significantly.
