  1. new beginnings

I started out on a weight loss journey about 5 years ago. A friend had turned me on to HCG. At the time, I felt desperate. I had tried weight watchers (and successfully lost weight but plateaued at a size 14). Over the years, I had tried so many diets and life journeys to get the weight off and maintain. I always lost weight on those plans. I was able to stick with the plan to lose some type of weight but as soon as I applied the diets guidelines to my maintenance phase- I would gain everything ...

  2. P3 / P4 -- Weight Loss, Sugar, & Liver Cleansing

So, I extended P3 since I had a couple of steak days during Week 3, and decided to pull back on fats a bit to see if I could stabilize. Surprisingly, instead of stabilizing, I've been steadily losing weight. Especially since I've incorporated digestive enzymes as apart of my daily regimen.

By no means am I trying to lose weight, because doing whatever it takes to keep this weight off for the long haul is most important to me. But it does feel good to see my body losing weight on its ...
  3. P3 Lessons Continue On...

It wasn't until the 3rd week of P3 that I started having trouble stabilizing. Ended up doing 2 steak days, and it appeared that things that I've done well with since the first week of P3 were starting to turn on me! But after switching up a few things, I think I may have discovered what works best for me.

For over a week, my weight continued to fluctuate over into the 2+ pound territory even though I was eating foods that were obviously approved in week 1 of P3. In an effort to improve ...
  4. P3 Lessons -- Life Will Never Be the Same

P3 has been an awesome, eye-opening experience! For the first time in my life, I am eating so much FAT, but not gaining any weight at all! It's unbelievable and has been one of the greatest lessons I've learned while on my HCG journey.

I'm on week 2, Day 9 of P3, and -0.4 below my LIW. My initial plan was to increase foods I had been eating during P2, but changed my mind rather quickly. Since I started TOM right at the start of P3 and gained a lot of water weight, I decided to go ...

  5. Stabiilizing on P3

On my last injection day, I weighed 183.8, so for the next three weeks, my goal is to keep me weight between 181.8 and 185.8. Oddly enough, I woke up the next day to 182.0, but anticipate I'll end up gaining.

I've never followed P3 correctly, but plan to do so this time. Planning to go grocery shopping today, so I can begin meal prepping for the week. My goal for the first week of P3 is to keep my diet close to P2, but gradually increase calories to 1500 or so, and introduce mostly ...
  6. Round 1 Results -- 27.2 lbs. lost

I finally made it to my last shot! Lost 27.2 lbs., which is more than I've lost on previous rounds. Was disappointed these past couple of weeks as the weight loss slowed down, but looking back, I can't be anything but grateful that I lost almost 30 lbs. in a couple of months. No other program could have given me that kind of result!

I have a lot of pre-mixed HCG left, so taking the advice of Pearlymae, I'm going to freeze the rest of my HCG in pre-filled syringes and see how they ...

  8. Eating foods based on Blood Type Diet (P2 & Beyond)

The Blood Type Diet is something i've been researching for a while, after I've seen people fight disease and lose weight and keep it off by just eliminating the foods they shouldn't eat based on their blood type. All different blood types have the ability to process different foods in different ways, and according to research, following the diet for one's blood type helps correct a lot of issues, avoid diseases, and also help with weight loss and keeping it off. It all made sense to me, and since ...
  9. Enemas for Plateaus, Stalls, & Weight Gain on P2

I'm starting to notice that anytime I have a plateau, stall, or slight weight gain, if I do an enema, I lose at least 0.6 lb. immediately after. And if I do an enema at night, the next morning I lose at least 1 lb.

I never recommend using "Fleet" enemas or store-bought enemas. I always use warm, purified water with a splash of apple cider vinegar. I fill the water bag with about a liter of this solution and only insert a very small amount of water -- just enough to get ...

  10. Starting Over Again -- How I Went Wrong After Losing 50 lbs. on HCG

I had a successful run losing 50 lbs. on HCG from Sept 2016 to May 2017 -- something I had never been able to do before in such a short amount of time. However, it wasn't long before I was back to my old eating habits -- feasting on carbs, sugar, alcohol, and the worst kind of fats.

At the beginning of my decline, I would feast for days and step on the scale, shocked that the scale wouldn't move. HCG really had reset my metabolism! I wasn't gaining any weight for at least six months. ...
