    Starting VLCD19

    This morning I woke up to a ? loss. It was like a 1.4lb, but I'm not completely sure to be honest. All I remember is the weight was somewhere around 155.8. It instantly gave me the sense of false hope that I could actually make goal this round, LOL. Which is kind of funny because last night, in total acceptance that I wasn't going to hit my goal of being under 150, I tried the shiritake (sp?) noodles I had in my refrigerator.   2. vlcd 6 .2 loss

    Well today wasn't so great but I'm ok with it, I know I haven't been regular. tmi sorry . so I'm assuming its that too, I'm still feeling hunger pains are any of you still feeling hunger? I'm hoping it subsides by next week. Ok hope your all releasing pounds and inches take to later :-)

    Stall finally broken! 179! I don't even care if it's only one pound I'm just so happy not to see 180 on that dang scale

  5. New Clothes!!!

    Feels good to drop $100 on new clothes! I wish I had more $100 to spare (: (: (: For now, I scored some GREAT deals at TJ Maxx, on tops and dresses for the summer. My shoulders have really taken a great shape with HCG and Atkins. Starting (complex) carbs on Sunday - getting a little nervous!

    Today has been VLCD 18, and I feel things are going well. Not as speedy as some, but trending in the right direction, and I am happy with that. Not to mention, I did have a pretty bad cheat night at my sister's graduation party, in which I had to make potato wedges for about 30 people. I just decided to eat the food, rather than obsess over it all night long! I am so happy to be completely off of Phentermine.   8. Bloody Hungry!

    My goodness, Idk what it is but i've been ravenous the past few hours. And I've been eating all the wrong things...fried rice, onion rings, oreo cookies (without the cream)..I'm trying to damage control by taking my carb blocker but i've eating a bit late and i've never been hungry enough to do that in the past few months....I've gone through almost 3 bottles of water, I just dont know why i'm so hungry. I eat i get a little full then 20 minutes later I'm hungry. Ugh the worst part is I don't ...

  9. Down 3 more lbs!!!

    After 6 days of a stall them TOM in the picture..I was getting very discouraged. However a day after TOM arrived, I was down .6. Well this morning, I am down 3lbs!! I am 2 lbs below my stall weight. Originally when starting HCG, I lost 7lbs then stalled at the same weight for those 6 days..TOM came and I gained 2 lbs! So I'm happy with the results for today!!

    I did notice that alternating between meant and chicken for lunch and dinner works a bit better for me. Or if I just have ...

  10. So sick of P3, ready to do another round, can't I just skip P3 and 4?

    So sick of P3, I can't find enough to eat to fulfill my calorie requirements. I mean I was getting so tired and bored with chicken on P2 but at least I didn't have to eat more that 3.5 oz. I knew it would be hard because I love carbs...but P2 was actually really easy, to the point that in the end I had a hard time even eating 500 calories. Then P3 came and just seeing the scale stay in the same place but still having to deprive yourself of carbs and sugar is so hard. I finally caved, had a poptart...and ...
