  1. Today makes 30!

    Today I finally hit 30 lb's after being 2 lb's shy when TOM came around last week. I've decided i'm not extending my round if i'm lucky I can make it to 31 loss for this round and I 'll be happy with that, I cant wait to go shopping for P3 foods!

  2. Oh Dear.

    This is Jenna, reporting live (sort of) on the fact that I am experiencing a three-day stall.

    And I have been SO good. So- of course, the scrambled inner workings of my mind decided that since being good obviously was not working, and the jar of Nutella was right there...

    I think it is not necessary to explain what happened next.

    I am going to try bumping up the protein and the water drinking to pre-dosage fiasco levels, and see if that helps.

    Alright, another B12 injection yesterday and another HUGE loss, I'm just wondering how often we can take these shots and why they help aid in weight loss so much? Is it really fat I'm losing or water with these shots? I don't know, but it does give me the encouragement to keep going another day

    I was quite surprised when I got on the scale this morning. I really thought I would put some of that back on from being sick and all. Plus I was out and about yesterday and drove thru In and out ordered a double hamburger no bun no cheese and no sauce. And of course it had cheese and sauce. Line was long, I ate it anyway.     Woke up today to my LDW. Very happy about that, I actually did a fist pump.

    I didn't do a steak day although I was up 2 pounds but that was on Monday so, I figured it was too late....but I almost gave it a try anyway. That just goes to show the 2 pounds I put on Monday was, indeed, from TOM.....darn you TOM!

  6. My Ahhh Haaa Moment

    Yesterday I wore a top I bought a few weeks ago and I realized at the end of the day that all I kept doing was adjusting it. Then that voice in my head told me - "Hey! This top is way too big. You've been pulling on it all day. It feels like a sheet! Stop wearing things that are too big. It is okay to go down a size."

    Down another .6 lbs! So close to the 150s I can taste them!

    The only side effect from hcg that I'm having (besides morning hunger) is that my hips ache. Does anybody else have that? I'm not sure if it's from my training or the hcg. The only reason I'm suspecting hcg is that when I had my period (I'm post-menopausal) my hips always ached, just like I'm feeling now.

    Ok so I know it was bound to happen at somepoint i've been sooooo lucky so far with no stalls or gains but man it sucks LOL I was sooooooo close to my next milestone (under 290) and the scale went into the opposite direction. Also im on the last 2 pills on my birth control the ones of which TOM is supposed to come along and theres been no sign of TOM, no cramping sickness or anything which I cant complain on that part because I have violent periods. I wont get frustrated.

    After that huge gain the other day, I had a 1.8 lb release this morning.

    I started having a piece of Cocoa Crack with my coffee and one piece (or not) with my tea after dinner. I started doing that this week and it has really helped me pass on all the treats they bring in at work.
    I've also been putting my lunch/dinner meals together before I go to bed. That has really helped eliminate the "excuse" of not having time in the morning and I've been ...

    Note to self: NO TOMATOES. 1lb gain, and I was only at 450 calories yesterday. All of them were consumed by 6:30. Drank lots of water. I'm bummed because I really wanted a new taste...but I am gonna quite messing with the system and stick to chicken/tilapia and greens.
