  1. Vlcd29-Hello Stall City!

    So, it has been a week now of no losses and a couple days in there where I gained a 1/2 pound. I have not cheated, not gone off plan, been getting decent sleep, not too much stress. Don't know what is going on. Know this is what everyone says is normal, but did not think I would gain! Tomorrow is another measure day, so I am praying that I will see some changes there.     Down to 170.8 today. I'm so close to the 160's. It's killing me that my losses have slowed to less than 4 lbs this week. I've decided to start P3 next week. I have enough hCG to last through next Sunday and then my 3 days of vlcd with no hCG. I'm very pleased with my injections. I bought the 43 day amount which came with 2 vials of hCG. 1 vial has lasted me this entire time, so I'll only come up 2 days short of 43 days. I don't know if I can go another 41 days without hitting immunity, so ...

  3. Day 8 - Still no hcg - high fat(50 grams)/moderate protein(50 grams)/carbs(25 grams)

    Hmmm, well Day 7 started great. I was tracking my food determined to stay on course. It was about 6pm, my food alotment for the day was gone, kids were busy away from home, and my husband wanted to go to dinner to a nice restaurant. Why not? Right? I decided to splurge (of course!)   4. P3 Day 15 the cottage cheese incident

    I decided to try 1/2 cup of cottage cheese yesterday. I was hoping that there would be not much gain from it, as everything else was P3/P2 protocol friendly. I am at just 2+ of my low weight. However, since I do want to shed about ten more pounds, I'm heading back to another round of P2 starting tomorrow.
    I'm also going to pay closer attention on the introduction of both nuts and dairy when I get back to P3 again. This time, I'll hope to determine what nuts, dairy products may be causing ...

  5. Second day of VLC

    I lost .6 this morning after mini loading last night..Did not eat anything yesterday day. Decided to not worry about food at my friends house..Funny thing is none of it looked like something I just wanted to eat. They had mashed potatoes with bacon and cheese, and steak and corn on the cobb. She is a really really good cook, so it wasn't the food .   7. Vlcd 4...Woe is me...

    Ok, so I have been doing great, lost 8 lbs in 3 days! Was just happily chuggin along when Saturday came up on me. Well, the annual Mayfest was downtown. We go every year in the Spring and to the Fallfest as well. Take my little dog and just walk around Main Street and window shop. Oh yeah, and eat funnel cake and drink SWEET, SWEET Lemonade, and DEEP FRIED OREOS! My fiance got the funnel cake and I took one teeny tiny bite.     201....(-.5) Had not time to blog yesterday, as it was Operation Home-going. We are moved and now I am just sitting in a sea of boxes to unpack. I got up yesterday to no loss. It didn't surprise me since I had only a few hours of sleep. We started moving at 7 am yesterday and I didn't stop until 10 pm. Long day to say the least.     Well .8 lost but not down to where I was two days ago, which is weird maybe because I didn't really eat that day... I tried the food just wouldn't go down. After reading some on the forums I went and bought Jay Robb shakes, pretty good actually satisfies a sweet craving. Going to Pointfest today (29 bands for $29) yes it's gonna be a blast, but very tempting to stay on tract, not so much with food cuz I'm bringing my own, but no alcohol? So going into today

  10. R2 VLCD#9 Stay the course. So close to breaking into 160's :)

    No scale activity this morning. But the greatest thing is no "Upward" scale activity.

    Staying the same is good especially after a 2 pound loss. I say, "No loss days are fat cell removal day." The empty fat cell is being filled with water and the body is sucking the little fat pac man membrane into the blood stream. Then either later tonight or tomorrow morning there will be a high urine output and FLUSH the pesky pac man! WHOOOOSH out of my life FOREVER!!! ...
