  1. P3 day 1

    So I decided to start P3 a couple days early since I'm not losing any more right now anyway. Today is the first day without drops. I was scared!! Now that the day is winding down, I'm totally excited that I did it! I drank a lot of water today out of fear of being hungry but it wasn't to bad. It's 5pm right now and dinner is almost done. I'm having a spinach salad and chicken and home made mustard dressing and a big cup of water. After that it's off to kickboxing and another 1 oz of chicken ...

  2. Stalled!

    R1P2vlcd23 I expected this stall, but it doesn't make it any more pleasant! From what I've seen on the forum, everybody stalls at some point. I went up .2, the next day the same, today down the .2 for a 3-day Nothing. No cheating either. I'm exercising patience, though yesterday I got fairly emotional. Having my sister doing this too helps a bit, though our frequent pattern over the years has been, if she's losing, I'm not and vice versa. I'm all for breaking out of unprofitable patterns. ...

  3. R2P2D1 After all tomorrow is another day

    After reading some posts in the forums about P3, I've determined that I am not the only who struggles with stability in P3. That makes me feel better. Not even fretting much about eating P2 foods again. I'm sure I'll snap outta that in a few days! It certainly does make grocery shopping a whole lot easier and quicker. Just tear around the perimeter of the store and it's done. Makes menu planning a snap!

    Today was good, after breakfast and dinner i'm just over 700 cals, which I think is good for the first day. Hopefully tomorrows weigh in goes well, I plan on adding cheese first to hopefully clear that, then I will be able to make some of the dishes I want for p3.

  5. Love this diet!

    So...day 15 of VLCD and I'm down 21 lbs!!! Feels good to be down 1 1/2 pants sizes, although it's frustrating being between sizes, so pants are either to tight or too baggy, but I really can't complain. Still not much happening in the BM department, no matter what I have tried. Not sure what else to do about that without taking too harsh of a stimulant, which will only make me sick. Has anyone else noticed that a typical days eating only adds up to barely 400 cals? I am only eating 1 fruit ...

  6. Do you take your meds just before eating, or do you wait...

    I am forgetting to eat, and some days my pill is definitely more than 6 hours apart from the last dose. I think I'm all turned around because I don't have the desire to eat. Anyway, I am overdue for my meds and wondering if I should wait to snack or skip snack altogether and wait for dinner.

    Is anyone doing 300 calories - I can definitely see myself doing it, but I am not sure if this will harm my progress...

  7. Attention vegetarians... some help?

    Ok, so I'm in r2p2 and on vlcd1. I have decided to start the transformation to become vegetarian. I'm starting with just not eating any animal meat, but am still going to eat fish, seafood, dairy, and eggs. I'm also an organic eater, so the these things I do eat, I buy organic. Today I went shopping to get some cottage cheese. I have never had it before and so I bought the Daisy brand 2% small curd. It was ok. Not something that I would eat everyday, but it'll work for now.     Ok so I drank and had McDonalds yesterday and the scale only went up 1 1/2 pounds so I'm good with that!!!! Today is a new day and I'm back on track, running around like a chicken but back on track

    The concert was friggin awesome, would have been better if it wasn't rainy and 40 all day, we might have stayed till the end, but since we were frozen solid we left a little early, but it gives me something to look forward to next year!!!! Hope everyone's

  9. Romancing the "Throne"

    I am spending so much time on my "throne" these days I thought I should make it my friend! I am pampering it with frequent scrubbings and I am considering getting one of those really soft toilet seats to put on it. A designer one of course! Nothing but the best for my "throne".   10. Three day stall...

    Booooo. I have sincerely not been hungry in the afternoons and evenings. I'd be surprised if I was getting my 500 calories in - but sometimes I cram them in a little bit late at night so that I'm not "cheating". The scale was good to me this morning, but I am back and forth a two pounds for the last three days, now. I am on VLCD 9 - is it too soon to do an apple day (I'm sure I would love it considering I can't stand eating my proteins!!!).
