    Wow. Today is totally crappy and there is no reason for it I have been in a terrible mood the past few days, for no apparent reason.   2. Things looking better for me in P3

    Small recap...I gained on the two very low cal days after stopping hcg. I thought it was 1.5 pounds each day, but when I looked back at the calendar yesterday I realized it was a total of 3.5 pounds! I was very distraught and the only advice I got pretty much was from the expert grammy. She said I should set my LDW at that new 3.5 pound higher weight and I should be all set after that. As you can imagine, that answer did not make me very happy I spent all day and night freaking out ...

  3. Yerba Mate?

    So yesterday I had 2 cups or Yerba Mate tea, today, for the first time in 2 weeks, I was down 1.2 lb's....could It be that the yerba mate actually helped? Or is it a coincidence? The good thing is that I am 1.2 below my ldw!

    ROUND TWO P2: hcg pellets
    L1 - 153lbs

    Starting round two today. I'm using the pellets from meridianhealthlabs.com. I'm a little leary because I used the Celeste drops the first time and they worked very well... too well some days. But, atleast I know that if I have any issues with these pellets that Celeste's drops are delivered within like 3 days. I can even pay extra for faster delivery if I am desperate enough.   5. R1 P2 D13 almost to week 3

    I can't believe that I have been on this diet for almost 3 weeks, time goes by so fast when you get good weight loss results. I am down 17 pounds so far, hopefully I can lose between 20 to 25 pounds on the first round at least that is what I am hoping for, but whatever I lose I will be happy with. This is the only diet that has worked for me, every other diet I was on I would lose 5 to 8 pounds and couldn't lose any more no matter what I did.   7. Staying the course

    officially started April 14th with my load days. on hhcg, and then switched over to hucog... but so far am down 19 lbs... and greatful as heck.... I just need to keep those small increments as my goal in front of me, and before I know it the big goal will be here... I have struggled to loose weight with 5-6 days of cardio excersize for months and watched the scale stay in one spot or gain weight... It broke my heart that i had to work so hard...and now, I can say that I can loose weight it IS possible... ...

    No movement on the scale. I ate a shredded beef taco salad last night. I was so good I didn't eat any chips but I did eat a little cheese but only what I couldn't avoid that was on the lettuce. I also had cottage cheese for lunch.

    I never blogged the first time around, though had so much to say. It was really really hard. Especially the first few days. I felt like I was dying. I had to hide it because my closest friend was so against me doing this, now she wants to go on it with me!
    I also was hungry most of the time. I kept on trucking though and kept hoping I would work it out. At times I felt I did. I would adjust my dose then go through a few days hunger free, but the hunger always came back and big time hunger. ...
