  1. VLCD 1 - so far so good....

    The scales showed no gain and no loss, I'm happy enough considering I didn't load as such, but I have not been eating well.

    No dramas today, ate on protocol, injection went fine though I'm a little red, like last round. Plenty of water, and a bathroom visit. I'm hopeful the scales will like me tomorrow.

    My skin is feeling so thin these days, I think I am going to continue using some moisturizer. If it slows my losses, too bad, I need the moisture in my skin!

  3. Another round....my LAST round!

    My hcg arrived today and I've already injected. Because this has been a PI , I will be going right back into VLCDs from tomorrow onwards. Given how much I have overindulged in the last couple of days, I don't expect a loss tomorrow morning, but we will see. So far, the scales have actually been amazingly kind , when I don't deserve it at all.

    I will be doing a full 21 day round, my final one. If I can, I would like to get to 75 kilos, but realistically, I will be happy with 77 or ...

  4. RD2/vlcd 7

    Today is vlcd 7 for me on my second round of hcg. I truly cannot believe that I am sticking to this diet and after 90 days or so I am still motivated and sticking to the plan!

    Down .2 of a pound today, kinda sad about it but looking forward to weigh in in the morning. I have been reading a lot of post about people stalling when eating tomatoes or the combination of tomatoes and beef.   6. I overindulged!

    So, I overindulged in macadamia nuts yesterday!

    What had happened was:

    I went over to a friends house late at night after only having had one meal for the entire day and going into work early. The worst part of yesterday was that I planned on just eating after I left there, not putting into account that I might be hungry sooner than that. Haha.   7. A second Quest - Lose 20 pounds again

    Well here I am, over the last two years I gained back the weight I had lost on Round 1 of HCG. My goal this time is to keep with protocol and do another round if required after I have completed this round.

    Fitbit I recently bought myself a fitbit and established a goal of 10,000 steps per day. I am going to keep that goal while doing this second Round of HCG and see how it goes.

  9. 4th round in 3 years!

    Hi all....it's me.... back again. I am starting my fourth round in three years. First round I lost 35 pounds but gained back around 10 so I started the second round and I lost 25, then during the year gained back the 25 so started the third round and lost 28 and I think I gained it back in the last year! So here I go again. I am actually too nervous to get on the scale and but I did take measurements. This is day one of VCLD and it's going well...it is just going to be a long month!

  10. VLCD2 down 2.6lbs!

    That is loading weight plus a little! With wind chills at -20 here, it might be hard to stay inside all day to keep warm and not fantasize about food! LOL.
