    I'm thinking a steak day is in order! 2 pounds over my LDW. I'm actually not upset about it but I'd hate to go up any more. I know I want to lose 25 more pounds so I'm thinking of hitting P2 next week again. I've been on P3 a week today. Not sure if there is a problem doing something like that but will see.

    I really don't want to eat P2 foods for a LONG time, so much so that I haven't been able to figure out what to eat on P3 because I don't want chicken, fish or even shrimp....blah. ...

  2. P3 Day 12 I'm riding the P3 roller coaster with Mr. Magoo!

    Up .08# from my low. The only thing I had off protocol was 1/2 cup of almond milk. UGH. Didn't even have my beloved crack yesterday as I had planned.

    I so don't want to be sensitive to both nuts and dairy. That would be a severe limitation for my mind to handle.

    So I chocked back tilapia and zucchini this A.M. for breakfast. Figured I'd better get that little treat out of the way then maybe the rest of the day I wouldn't be dwelling on having to eat that later. On ...

    Good morning all! I'm bummed this morning b/c the lb i lost yesterday am is back! Yesterday I added eggs and spinach for breakfast and some pumkin seeds for a snack. Other than that it was reg p2 chk salad and beef asperagus. Just BIG portions. I'm a little frustrated, i dont want to be sensitive to eggs Wa Wa Wa. Hopefully TOM is on the way. I always gain right before. We will see......

    The last couple of days on P3 haven't been good for me. I've stayed away from posting mostly because of being depressed over my results. My weight has steadily been going up and yesterday morning I was up over 7 lbs over my lowest P2 weight. My attempts at a steak day and Fage day have also been a disaster. I just can't seem to controll my hunger without the help of HCG. I have been sticking to P3 foods the whole time and keeping the calories to the maintence allowance. So yesterday I really ...

    Well, I was so sick all day yesterday that I don't think this is a real weight loss because of all the water I am sure I lost through out the day. But time will tell. Yesterday I ate some chicken soup from el pollo loco. I tried not to eat the corn or carrots. I was so desperate for soup. I also ate chicken breast salad.

  7. Last VLCD before P3...GAIN GAIN GAIN!!!!

    So I woke up to a 1.5 pound gain this morning. Not too worried because I hadn't gone to the bathroom for 2 days and it was definitely bothering and bloating me. But the BM finally happened, I feel so much better, and hopefully tomorrow it will show on the scale. I was hoping for that "cushion" under LDW so that I had room to play in P3, but looks like I'm not getting it. Such is life!!!

    Hi all!

    I am starting my new blog here. I'll give a bit of a history...

    As a kid, I was very thin, almost skeletal looking, until 8th grade, where I curved out. Throught high school, I was still in great shape, 5'4" and 130 pounds, which sounds like a lot, but I was in dance and martial arts, so I was pretty buff!

  9. .4 loss and action plan for P3

    Starting VLCD37

    Today I woke up to a .4 loss, which is normal slowing down from TOM - I tend to lose a lot of weight during that time anyway and have found the same results on hhcg, but as it ends I definately see a cooling off time - I always felt that was a metabolism reset time for me, so this is like double perfect timing to end the drops as I'm ending TOM (not recommended for Rx, I'm sure, but feels perfect for me).   10. Ahhh…finally

    Woke up to a 1lb loss today, which seems monumental since I have bounced around the 36lb loss marker for nearly a week! 37.2 B.A.B.Y!!

    Overdue for a BM (4 days), so hopefully, after that happens the scale will be even more kind tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

    Got back on the bike yesterday, had a GREAT ride although going to the beach headwind ALL the way, which was a challenge. The ride made me realize that I had been using the hcg as a crutch NOT to exercise. ...
