  1. Cheating. What's the point?

    I know I run the risk of alienating people by *****ing about this, which is why I'm keeping it to my own blog rather than being argumentative in the forums. Because, truly, I'm more confused than anything else. I firmly believe that everyone should do what's best for them and be adult enough to make their own choices, but it doesn't mean I always understand those choices.

    I think that excercise is necessary on this diet. I did not excercise I don't loose. I did bodyflow tonight so I will let u no my results. I did it Sunday and lossed. Fingers crossed.

  4. Only 2 inches

    Well, week 2 done and lost another 2 inches. That was a little disappointing but 8 inches in two weeks is not bad. Plus my pants are nowhere near as tight and according to my stats I have lost around 15 pounds. In my last three rounds at this exact point I have been 14 to 20 pounds down....so I figure that I am right there.   5. LCD Day 2

    So after my first day of LCD (somewhere between 500-800 calories) I'm down 2.5lbs. I'll be honest, I may or may not have eaten some chocolate left over from my load, LOL. I threw it away so we're all good. I didn't even think about it... just popped some in my mouth. Whoopsie!

    I did go to the gym and do 30 minutes of pretty easy cardio. My goal is cardio 5 days/week and still keep my mild strength training up. If I hadn't have consumed the chocolate morsels, my calories would have ...

  6. Crossing Fingers on Hitting Sweet Spot!

    I don't want to jinx myself by saying this, but I think I may have hit my dosage sweet spot. That would be awesome for me so early in a round - VLCD 7 today. It's the first day I haven't felt a tinge of hunger after being out of bed for an hour or so. Still just contentedly sipping my coffee, not considering a celery or cucumber stick (my go-to's, subtracted from later in the day). So for that, I'm thankful.

    Loss the same 2.1 lbs I gained yesterday...YAY!!! I certainly didn't like losing it twice. I can't cry over that though!!!! Moving forward, I am really going to be careful what the chef has delivered and will not order from her again. Boohoo, that was so convenient, especially since I don't cook...at all! I dust my stove once a month whether it needs it or not!!!!

  8. Great day down 2 pounds.

    Well I took my 150 today and it was a breeze thank goodness. I bought potassium and mag to take which I did and it helped. Also I bought melatonin because I can't stay asleep and I am wicked tired. I hope it helps. I hope to wake up to more good results I have 28 pounds tell goal. I sure hope I can make it this round I really don't want to have to do another. I think I am going to skip every Sunday and do 45 day round hopefully that will get me there. Good luck everyone.

  9. Pcos due to weight gain?

    Today I was diagnosed with having Amenorrhea due to weight gain. My OBGYN told me that I have gained over 50 pounds in three years. I was told to go on a diet and now I am on MEDS to make my menstrual become regular. I have a longgg road ahead but I have begun my journey.

  10. Jealous, which is silly.

    Yep. I'm jealous. It's true. I see so many people on this site talking about the 12lbs they lost in 7 days, or the 20lbs they lost in 12 days, or the 35lbs they lost in a long round. And it just never happens for me. I lose 20lbs in a 40 day round, every single time. Right down to the ounce. I stay POP and I avoid things that stall me out.
