  1. Great day down 2 pounds.

    Well I took my 150 today and it was a breeze thank goodness. I bought potassium and mag to take which I did and it helped. Also I bought melatonin because I can't stay asleep and I am wicked tired. I hope it helps. I hope to wake up to more good results I have 28 pounds tell goal. I sure hope I can make it this round I really don't want to have to do another. I think I am going to skip every Sunday and do 45 day round hopefully that will get me there. Good luck everyone.

  2. Pcos due to weight gain?

    Today I was diagnosed with having Amenorrhea due to weight gain. My OBGYN told me that I have gained over 50 pounds in three years. I was told to go on a diet and now I am on MEDS to make my menstrual become regular. I have a longgg road ahead but I have begun my journey.

  3. Jealous, which is silly.

    Yep. I'm jealous. It's true. I see so many people on this site talking about the 12lbs they lost in 7 days, or the 20lbs they lost in 12 days, or the 35lbs they lost in a long round. And it just never happens for me. I lose 20lbs in a 40 day round, every single time. Right down to the ounce. I stay POP and I avoid things that stall me out. I don't use beauty products with moisture. I take my vitamins. I drink my water. Yet my body just won't release fat at a high rate. I've accepted ...

    You know how it is, when you wake up, run to the bathroom, excited to jump on the scales then....

    Argh...I had a 2 lb weight gain!!!!! What happen? I started yesterday with a chef that specializes in the HCG diet. I thought it was too good to be true! I will give it another day...something is not right!!! So discouraged!!!

    NOTE: I have already weighed 3 times this morning, thinking maybe the scales were wrong. LOL. Nope the scale is right!!!!

  6. Skipped a day and it wasn't so bad!

    Well I have to say I didn't weigh today because I wasn't doing a shot. For some reason I feel like waiting after not doing a shot is more motivating. I was hungry today but did do body flow and I made it. I realized I mixed my batch wrong and my first injection was way to high and the rest were off.   8. Loading Fats vs P3/P4 Fats

    Something I've always wondered about, and even moreso with the recent influx of first-timers: Fats. On a basic level, I get it. They're not the enemy. Many of them are good for you in moderation. When I'm not in P2, I definitely don't cut them out of my diet (moderation and type of fats is key).

    But as many people that have done more than one round will readily tell you, they're shocked at how much food and fat they can eat in P3 and P4 while not gaining an ounce (and sometimes ...

    WooHoo!!!! 3.2 lbs down this morning! I was so hungry yesterday and felt as if I grazed all day long. Oops, I did graze all day long!!!! My caloric intake was a little over 500 calories. I had a can of tuna, mixed it with everything I could that was legal...yuck! I won't do that again!!! I drank 2 large bottles (67.2 oz) of smart water, which I am definitely going to do daily! Also, drank several cups of green tea and a couple of cups of coffee!

  10. Back to LIW from last round (R3P2 VLCD 5)

    Wooo! Finally! Now I feel like my head is back in the game. I'm at 156.5, which is 0.1 below LIW from last round. NOW I feel like I'm "starting" this round. Of course, my losses always slow down drastically after the first week of each P2, so I'm not getting my hopes too high up on major losses for this round. I don't think I'll make my goal, but I'll be on the right track and hopefully only have to do one short round this spring/summer.
