    Finally, I am on my way in the right direction. Loss of .9, totally 5.5 lbs. Not what I had hoped, but I had that bump with the chef my clinic recommended....argh! Gotta get over it!!!! Only sleeping about 6 to 6.5 hours a night and I am a good 8 hr a night girl. Also, i have been extremely busy at work with another very long day, so didn't eat my dinner until 7:30 last night!   2. LCD day 3

    After two days on the LCD with the first day being a slight bust due to my accidental non-thinking chocolate consumption, I'm down about 2.5lbs. Not as much, honestly, as I'd anticipated. But it's moving in the right direction so I'm OK with that.

    Yesterday I ate;

    Chicken fajitas (chicken, onion and bell pepper)
    Apple w/ Cinnamon

    For a snack I had a handful of frozen blueberries/blackberries/raspberries (maybe 6)

  3. No loss?

    Yesterday I only lost .2 today nothing. I don't get it. I'm not going to let it get to me because my yoga pants fit a lot better today. There is usually a band that digs into means its not so that's good. I have had to large bm. Fingers crossed for big drop tomarrow. I am doing body flow I would rather be a toned 145 then a flabby 135. We will see. Positive thoughts. Oh also I dreamed last night I ate a cheeseburger and was so ad at myself when I woke up. Good thing it was a dream.

  4. One last (small) hunger issue.

    VLCD 8, didn't lose this morning. Have lost 9lbs in 8 days so far, so I'm content for the time being.

    One thing I've always struggled with, whether during HCG dieting or not, is hunger in the morning. I'm typically a breakfast eater and so I think part of it is mental. But some of it also feels physical. I've considered eating a small amount of my protein or fruit in the morning just to feel satiated and "tide" me over during lunch.. But I find that once I tough it out, ...

  5. Strawberry Smoothie

    Nearly every morning I have a strawberry smoothie. Yummy! I take a teaspoon of milk and add six or seven strawberries to my mini blender as well as a few ice cubes and a teaspoon of water..it really is delicious and gives me a ton of energy.

  6. Cheating. What's the point?

    I know I run the risk of alienating people by *****ing about this, which is why I'm keeping it to my own blog rather than being argumentative in the forums. Because, truly, I'm more confused than anything else. I firmly believe that everyone should do what's best for them and be adult enough to make their own choices, but it doesn't mean I always understand those choices.

    I think that excercise is necessary on this diet. I did not excercise I don't loose. I did bodyflow tonight so I will let u no my results. I did it Sunday and lossed. Fingers crossed.

  9. Only 2 inches

    Well, week 2 done and lost another 2 inches. That was a little disappointing but 8 inches in two weeks is not bad. Plus my pants are nowhere near as tight and according to my stats I have lost around 15 pounds. In my last three rounds at this exact point I have been 14 to 20 pounds down....so I figure that I am right there.   10. LCD Day 2

    So after my first day of LCD (somewhere between 500-800 calories) I'm down 2.5lbs. I'll be honest, I may or may not have eaten some chocolate left over from my load, LOL. I threw it away so we're all good. I didn't even think about it... just popped some in my mouth. Whoopsie!
