  1. Busted butt this weekend!

    I worked my butt off in the yard this weekend and missed a couple of drop times and barely drank water. I was determined to clean up and place the big trash on the corner for the big trash collection.

    Anyway, I gained 2.something pounds because of it...BOO!

  2. I am hungry

    I am on day 2 of vlcd and I am so hungry. I am taking 6 drops every 3 hours 6x a day of the homeopathic drops. I am 54 have 15 pounds to lose. Does anyone have any suggestions?

  4. Day 41 of P2!!!

    Wow!!! Can't believe I'm almost done with P2. I thought it would never end. I've lost 29.2 lbs as of today!! My LDW is 212.0!!!!! And I've lost a total of 23 inches. I can't even remember a time when I was this size. Surely it's been about 10 years. What's really interesting is that my caboose was humongous when I started this. Now it's actually a normal size. My husband and I went out Saturday night to see a band and I wore a pair of pants that I haven't been able to wear in a few years. Actually ...

    Have not cheated, but I think shrimp may be bad for me. first day i ate alot of shrimp gained 2.1 second day I ate a little shrimp gained .3....Might also be heavy cream, but I don't feel like it is.going to laser it though today, and laser butter just in case..Won't try shrimp again until I know its safe..It is not worth it to me...I bought the shrimp from walmart in a bag too for yesterdays, and Red Lobster the day before ...who knows what kind of unknown stuff could be in it. Anyways not a happy ...

    I ordered some Jay Robb shakes last night. I'm up .2 this morning. That's the first gain I've had since I started. Going to do just chicken today. I had a taco salad last night with sugar free salsa. I think between mixing veggies and extra sodium is what caused it. Hopefully a big loss tomorrow to make up for it! Is much tougher when the family is home! They snack constantly!

    209.25....(-.75) I have lost 21.25 in 14 vlcds. Rolling along pretty good. I am pretty much only eating one meal a day and one or two apples. Way too busy to be cooking twice a day. I did this the last week or round 2 and dropped nearly a pound a day that last week. So if I feel good, I'm doing it. I do have a little bit of nagging hunger here and there but it reminds me to drink my water, otherwise I struggle with it. I have about 5 pounds to catch up to my husband and a little under 10 ...

    Down .5 and I have officially lost 30 pounds . I was going to try to make it to 40 days but decided to cut it short. Maybe because I'm using the homopathic drops, but the HCG seems to be losing it's effectiveness. The hunger is starting to come back; I feel I am losing some muscle mass with the weight loss and my energy level is dragging. So cutting two days short I don't think is a big issue.     You have pretty much been a colossal failure. I woke up this morning to a .6 GAIN, after resisting Mcdonalds, Mcdonalds again, A&W, AND Chipotle yesterday (was on car ride in Mountains), and sticking to my stupid crappy meals I got rewarded with a .6 EFFING GAIN. From what?????? From smelling food? I don't even eat enough to make .6 in poop! I've had to take days off from work just to take something to make me poop in the first place!
