    I ordered some Jay Robb shakes last night. I'm up .2 this morning. That's the first gain I've had since I started. Going to do just chicken today. I had a taco salad last night with sugar free salsa. I think between mixing veggies and extra sodium is what caused it. Hopefully a big loss tomorrow to make up for it! Is much tougher when the family is home! They snack constantly!

    209.25....(-.75) I have lost 21.25 in 14 vlcds. Rolling along pretty good. I am pretty much only eating one meal a day and one or two apples. Way too busy to be cooking twice a day. I did this the last week or round 2 and dropped nearly a pound a day that last week. So if I feel good, I'm doing it. I do have a little bit of nagging hunger here and there but it reminds me to drink my water, otherwise I struggle with it. I have about 5 pounds to catch up to my husband and a little under 10 ...

    Down .5 and I have officially lost 30 pounds . I was going to try to make it to 40 days but decided to cut it short. Maybe because I'm using the homopathic drops, but the HCG seems to be losing it's effectiveness. The hunger is starting to come back; I feel I am losing some muscle mass with the weight loss and my energy level is dragging. So cutting two days short I don't think is a big issue.   4. Dear Round One. . .

    You have pretty much been a colossal failure. I woke up this morning to a .6 GAIN, after resisting Mcdonalds, Mcdonalds again, A&W, AND Chipotle yesterday (was on car ride in Mountains), and sticking to my stupid crappy meals I got rewarded with a .6 EFFING GAIN. From what?????? From smelling food? I don't even eat enough to make .6 in poop! I've had to take days off from work just to take something to make me poop in the first place!

  5. Phase 2, Day 13 of VLCD (Day 15)

    Day 15 - Sunday, May 1, 2011 - 158.6lbs

    Weight 226.0 today – I think that is up 0.6, which is what I lost yesterday, dunno why, probably because I didn’t drink enough yesterday, who knows? Doesn’t matter, though, it’s just a little pothole on this journey. Monday morning, hard to believe it’s MAY already! Just over 3 weeks til camping trip! Boy, I need to get busy!

    Today is day 57. Lost 28.2# total over an 8 week round. Today and Tomorrow are my VLCD days without drops. I am so excited for P3. Now to print all those fabulous recipes, go shopping and get to cookin'!

    Oh and 30 days until the beach! Oh i hope i can stabilize well. QUESTION - i want to start working out asap. Do you think light cardio for first week in P3 is okay? I did not work out in P2 at all. Flab much?

  8. VLCD8...stall stall stall!!!

    I'm still that 0.5lb up from Saturday. Hasn't budged an inch. My guess is this is a setpoint for me and I'm going to have to ride it out. Being at 164, that does mean I lost 10 pounds including load weight in week 1. Before I did my mini P3 stint, I didn't have a stall until like the 3rd week I think. So this is a tiny bit frustrating to me. However...I've definitely realized that being back in P2 this time is much more easy on the emotional side for me. Waking up and seeing the gain and ...

    So although there is only a 1/2 lb. loss today, I have finally broken a 3 day stall! I am over the moon with excitement, as I know that TOM is leaving, and I'm back on track to weight loss success. What a mental trip a stall has on you though. After loosing 11 pounds in 5 days, then 3 days of nothing, I was starting to get frustrated.
    I know that I just have to ride out stalls, and I feel like this was such an emotional acheivment that I stuck out the diet. I can only grow stronger and thinner ...

  10. R1 / p3 / d1 - uh oh!!!

    So, yesterday I went a little crazy. I ate the following:

    B: 2 scrambled eggs with American cheese and 2 sausage patties (SF)
    Snack: Atkins Protein Bar + 2 SF Reece's Peanut Butter Cup minis
    Lunch: Atkins Protein Shake + Almonds
    Snack: Pork Rinds and Guacamole
    Dinner: 2 pieces grilled chicken (with skin) I ate late dinner @ 7:30

    Total Calories = 1,600

    I was shocked and alarmed this morning that I gained 1.4 pounds. UH OH! ...
