    Slept better last night. Deep sleep until 1 am, then on and off. It is a start!

    After work yesterday I did an "On Demand" Les Mills class instead of going to the refrigerator/pantry. Usual after work hunger diminished and I was satiated by the protocol dinner. I could be on to something.

    Bloating from alcohol diminishing but chest area still feels strange.

    Drank 8 oz coffee instead of 16 oz. brain not happy with that. Who ...

  4. Back again, and ready to lose.

    I'm baaaaacccccckkkkkk!

    It's been a while since I have done a serious hcg round. Time that was filled with large amounts of weight gain, cancer, and a hubby in a coma.

    My husband became ill on our vacation with full blown influenza. I took him to the hospital, where the staff put him into a medically induced coma. A month later he was out of the coma, and had to do physical therapy. He is much better now, working and doing, but there are some lasting issues.

  5. round i can't even count how many ive done

    at least im down a bit from the last time i attempted to do this diet.

    im going more towards vegetarian this round. i will still eat chicken just not every single day. I am also experimenting with smoothies -- my ingredients are rogue though i find that i do good with a some fat. so my smoothies consist of cucumbers, spinach, 1/2 apple, 1/2 cup almond milk (or even less), 1/2 avocado, and 1/2cup of either greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt (all organic) and 1tbsp chia seeds.   6. When to start P3 not sure

    It's been a while since I've been on this site but just completed a successful round of 40 days. My last drop was 4pm Thursday when do I officially start P3 today or tomorrow? I believe they are homeopathic. I'm going out to a steak house with my kids would love to have the steak cooked in butter

  7. hCG 2.0 Anyone?

    Anyone starting or doing hCG 2.0? I am not new to the diet. I have done the original 500 calorie, the 800 calorie protocol by Sonia E. Russell but I'm quite intrigued by the 2.0 so I'm giving it a try. I was successful on the South Beach Diet and I think the idea of this is similar; protein and veggies.

    So I just started this last sunday and every day my weight is changing going up and down by 5-7 pounds every other day? people are saying maybe its my body getting used to it, water weight or the fact that Its my time of the month? anyone have answers or did this ever happen to you?

  9. No loss on Day 12 of VLCD

    No loss today...makes me sad!

    Yesterday, I skipped my shot, and felt absolutely no different at all. I am doing well on the dose I am on...I am just going to tough it out.

    I cut back to one fruit, since I didn't lose. But, I also ate tomatoes on Day 11. I never lose when I eat them, so I should know better.

    I stuck to Protocol today. Getting blue...getting sick of the diet..yes, I have lost 17 pounds, but I am still so fat, that it makes me depressed. ...

  10. Day 11 of VLCD round 3

    So, I woke up on day 9 to no loss. I had walked at the mall, on day 8, and again on day 9. But because I had no loss on day 8, I decided to cut all carbs again on day 9.

    I woke up on day 10 to a 1# loss...I was hoping for more, but happy for this!

    But, I am hungry. On Day 10 of VLCD I again cut out carbs, but I did not walk.

    So, I woke up today, on Day 11 of VLCD with another 1# loss. That makes 17 pounds in 11 days of VLCD! YIPPEE!
