  2. Oh so blah :(

    I don't know if it's hormonal, or to do with the diet or what, but I've just felt like banging my head into a brick wall today. I still miss my ex *horribly* and it's been 10 weeks give or take since he broke up with me. I felt really lonely today.. I just wanted to hang out with someone, but the person I was supposed to be seeing for a driving lesson cancelled one me, then my best friend and I went to see a comedy show.. but didn't really talk.   3. Sticking it out

    Well the bleeding is slowing down and I'm still loosing. I have lost 16 pounds so far so crazy! I was praying for better than advrage and well I guess I got it. Feeling good today gonna go for a walk in what looks like spring time again. Thank you so much for all of your thoughts and prayers. Jesus Is God!

    220.5...(-3) Ten pounds in three days, um, hello! Happy about it but still irritated with myself that it is just all "new fat." I have 50 pounds to lose to be at my goal of 170. I know I can do it as long as immunity doesn't set in. That would be beyond irritating. Somewhere in the back of my mind I think this may end up being split into two rounds.   6. Food Switch Up

    I think I am officially bored w/ some of my food selections...I loved the Tuna, but i had to choke it down this morning, along with my cucumbers which i'm starting to dislike. This breaks my heart because i loved cuc's. Spinach i started getting tired of a few weeks ago, but i switched it up by cooking them in my grill instead of eating them raw, so for now i'm OK. I think for a couple weeks i'm gonna nix the tuna, and add some lettuce instead of cuc's for some of my meals. I got some awesome seasonings ...

    The sun was shining, the birds were singing, the flowers in my yard have bloomed, and I was down another two pounds this morning! So happy I have started this. I was really nervous at first, thinking there was no way you can eat that little and not be hungry.     197 YET AGAIN this morning! Booo!!!! I've been having a bit of hunger during this stall, so I altered my dose a bit today and the hunger left. Hopefully there'll be a nice loss waiting for me in the morning. Had more of the cold curried chicken salad with celery and apple for lunch, pot roast and salad for dinner and an orange for dessert.     Down to 109.3 this morning.

    I added in potassium yesterday along with b12 drops, my 5-htp and then true calm and extra magnesium at night. I take a lot of pills

    I dont know about the rest of you, but this is a weird phase for me. I have gone so many years avoiding high fat foods, I had to go against all my programed brain functions to eat... and eat... so its hard to just eat anything because I do not eat regular meats; I eat seafood only and I am gluten free as well, but I am on day 2, thank God!!! Here is what Ive eaten:
