    Well, I weighed myself this morning and I was down another pound, exactly! YEAH!!!! I can't wait to get under 180, almost there! I can already feel a difference in my belly and I love it. I do love getting up and weighing myself. I am still pretty sick and having a problem sleeping right now, but that will go away and so will the weight!

  2. Phase1 / Day 4

    I've lost a few pounds but notice how much I still want to eat. Some of it is behavioral and some of it is still actual hunger. I'm doing the homeopathic/sublingual drops and wonder at the hunger effectiveness. I felt like a rabid dog going through grocery store salivating over bread, pastries, candy, cheese etc... I like the results so far and am committed to seeing this program through... it's just harder than I thought in terms of feeling the desire to eat/some hunger. I wonder about the ...

    R1P2 VLCD28, 22.6lbs gone

    I just had a burger (rare) with homemade ketchup and pickles. I was MOANING with pleasure the entire time I ate it. See, I've been eating mostly chicken & fish this round and to be honest, all the exact same things every day. I hadn't tried beef b/c I knew it caused some people to stall.     Well so far p3 is going good for me. I am up 1 lb from LIW but I knew this would happen because I don't think I am eating enough protein or drinking enough water. I have to remind myself to eat because I am just really not that hungry or I am afraid to eat the p3 food. Here is what I have had so far today.

    1 egg
    1 slice bacon
    4 cups black coffee

    5 oz grilled chicken
    1.5 cups of salad with 1 oz cheese
    2 table spoons of ranch

  5. Day 2 loading

    DAY 2 OF LOADING IS GOING GREAT SO FAR WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE 5 LB'S GAINED THIS AM........BUT I UNDERSTAND THAT WILL FALL OFF IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS.......... ) THANK GOODNESS! I'M SO LOOKING FORWARD TO TOMORROW AND NOT FILLING MY TUMMY SO FULL.

    So im on P3 now...and adding back lots of yummy foods. I think I went a little over board for a few days but now am going to get back on track and focus on maintaining or even losing a few more lbs.

    My LIW was 167.0lbs and after the 72 hours I was down to 164.8lbs. Now, 5 days into it I am at 166.2lbs. I know I am still under my LIW but I think I went a little crazy yesterday with food. I went out to lunch with a co-worker and I had too much food. I didn't even feel good afterwards. ...

  7. R1P3 Day5

    Quick blog to journal that weight stayed exactly the same from yesterday. That's good. Means I'm 1.4 below my LDW, so have a little wiggle room.

    Decided to do another all-protein day today. This is because of planned trip on Friday, and am anxious to see if the scale goes down further doing them so closely together. Will let u know. Have a really busy day today, so didn't have time to prepare or focus on food.

  8. Day 25- going strong

    So yesterday I hit 137 even, I had my morning coffee and then around noon baked some cabbage, chicken and shrimp so that I could each the chicken for lunch and the shrimp for dinner with cabbage both meals. I ate 2 med. sized apples and when I woke up this morning.....

    I AM AT 135.4!!!! I'm so excited because my goal was AT LEAST 135 by the end of the week since I'd only been loosing .2 lbs a day for the past 3-4 days.

    Well, yesterday went well, better than I expected! Every time I have tried "dieting", I feel hungry but yesterday I wasn't too bad. I am a compulsive eater so when there is food, I don't just eat, I eat like I will never eat again. I am hoping with watching what I eat, that helps with the compulsive eating.

    I have lost 2.8 lb!!! AAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!! WHOOOP WHOOP!!!! I am pretty pumped for that! I was pretty excited to weigh myself this morning! The only thing dampering ...
