    OK, folks, here's the deal. I've got 37 vlcd's under my belt. It's been great. I've lost 25 lbs and 22 inches...but...

    I'm just kind of at the end of my rope. I've been dithering around with the same POUND for the past five days. Not seeing losses is having a dramatic effect on my enthusiasm. I am craving my fats and flavors.

  2. Last day before starting P3!!

    So excited about waking up tomorrow to start P3. However, I was not excited to see that I was up to 136 this morning, (my LIW was 135.8 and the first day of the 72 hours i was at 135) so not too happy with myself but I think it was because I was really hungry yesterday and ended up eating extra fruit, and extra protein, and extra vegetables. lol I just ate extra everything. I'll do better today stick to the 500 cals and keep telling myself I'm less than 24 hours away from P3.

    Pissed off but refuse to "go there" mentally. I will remain focused and in control with my goal in sight. I gained .5 lbs somehow. Apparently my body is flushing out all of the empty fat cells that it doesn't need anymore. This is temporary and the scale will go back down. I can do anything for 9 more days....

  6. My first blog entry and day 1 of P3

    I figured I would be able to keep myself accountable if I started blogging my P3.My goal is to try and do this everyday to keep up with what I eat and how I am feeling.I am 1.4 lbs below my LDW as of today.I haven't eaten anything yet this morning but I think I will have some coffee with a little cream and pretty much stick to P2 foods but just more of them to get my calories up.I am a little hungry this morning but not ravenous like I thought I would be so I am going to give it another day before ...

  7. Day 2 of 500 Calories is complete!

    I lost 2 more lbs and my fiance has lost 6 making his total 10 lbs since we started p2. Now that we have gotten the load weight off we can get down to what matters! It's an awesome feeling to wake up each day a bit lighter.

    they have a Fred Meyer low carb yogurt 80 calories and 13 grams of protein.

    The vanilla and peach are my favorite. They only cost 40 cents each too!

    Well, since the weight loss is going slower now, but still going down a little daily, I won't be posting my blog every day anymore. I hope to do it a few times a week though. I have not had a cigarette either so that's good, I am happy about that! Down a total of 11.2 lbs!!!

  10. P4 - not doing it

    Okay, I am still on p3 but I starting to read up on p4. I have done well on p3 so far and have not had to do a steak day yet. When I first started p3 I was not eating enough and everyone told me what a mistake that was. I am eating more and drinking the atkins protein shakes once aday. After reading all the post about p4 I am scared to death !!!! I really am thinking about just staying on p3 forever. Eating sugar and startch would have to be somthing I eat maybe once a week or even once a month. ...
