    Doing HCG again. Love this diet and was doing well with my weight loss until I let stress get to me. GRRRR selling your home and moving will sabotage the best intentions. Gained 18 pounds since Christmas.

  2. Can someone help me with this question!

    Hi, I'm so sorry I don't know how to post or get a question answered, I just came to this blog for help. So, I get a mild case of ovarian hyper stimulation from my hcg drops... the good ones according to many people on this blog (I read it just never posted) Does this mean I should not use hcg anymore? I used it in the past and it works as long as I don't cheat...I don't like that the hyper stimulation gives me bloat and weight gain ...it obviously defeats the purpose. Is there any way to counter ...

    Help please!!!
    I just finshed my 1st round of phase 2 .I lost a total of 22lbs I was so excited about this ,I'm 5 days in to phase 3 and ive been gaining .2 every day more some days .. I'm at a total of 1.4 weight increase. I haven't veered to far from the phase 2 list out of pure fear . I just started working again so it is harder for me I noticed to remember to have a small breakfast and the snacks in between meals I did start to lightly workout again on day 1 of phase 3.i think I'm growing

    So Today I'm down 2.7lbs from yesterday...
    I didn't eat my full 500 calories yesterday. I had 375 calories....
    Lunch: 3.5 oz chicken/ 1 cup of Broccoli, carrot, cauliflower mix with a little texas pete
    Snack: 4 Strawberries
    Dinner:3.5 oz chicken/ 1 cup of Broccoli, carrot, cauliflower mix with a little texas pete
    Snack: 7 oz of celery.
    and ALOT of water

    I had to force feed myself the celery because I was not hungry what so ever.

    Soo today my loss is in the double digits! 10 lbs !!!
    I feel great! ~~ I've added an appetite suppressor today that I took this morning and so far I'm doing well, no hunger. I have my black coffee next to me that I'm slowly sipping and a big water bottle with two slices of lemon. Today lunch is 3.5 oz of chicken and 1 cup of veggies, my afternoon snack is two small home made pickles. I have an apple for my mid morning snack but I'm not 100% sure if I'll eat it yet, if I still feel good I ...

  6. Week 1

    I'm 22, 5'7 and I live a super active lifestyle. I worked out everyday and ate healthy but my body never changed its size. Yeah I got a heck of a lot stronger but I never got slimmer. I stayed 190/180 for a few years. I had an accident last November and binge ate my emotions putting me at a whopping 212lbs. I got frustrated and kicked my butt down a little bit and stayed there at 207/208 for a long while.

  8. 2.4lbs to go

    Well I'm just 2.4 lbs to go until I am under 200. I have 3more days to go.. and while I would love to do it. I'm not sure it's going to happen and for me to maintain. But I'm thereish. It will bring my total weight loss to just over 44 lbs. Only 56 more to go! I'm going to work ot during p4.. I must.. It's the only way to continue. I need to get a playlist of music to keep me going. otherwise my elliptical is just one huge expensive cat toy. someone please kick me in the butt please!

  9. Almost done!

    Tuesday will be my last day and I've lost almost 16 lbs. Kind of bummed with the results but it is what it is. I think I am going to hold off between my next round and wait 12 weeks. I think I didn't space out my rounds well enough? I've also had to adjust my dose twice now. I've skipped my dose last night and will see how I feel this afternoon. I was pretty hungry all day yesterday. I ate dinner super early to get by. Probably won't have a loss tomorrow either. I have 4 more days to go. ...

  10. Day 23

    So I've finally started losing again.. I have never stalled like that before unless TOM was visiting. But the last three days have been .4 .6 and 1 lb. Did a major happy dance today. I needed that. If i hadn't had a loss this morning... I don't know how my mood would be today. I'm so close to being under 200 for the first time in 20 or so months. Glad to be back. ONly 60 more lbs to go.. Not sure I am going to hit it with another two roundfs.. but I feel if i start a workout regimen and stick ...
