In a general way, yes. Morning hunger before dosing may indicate a dose too low.

Hunger after dosing that doesn't go away after you eat (or gets worse) dose too high.

But its always best to do a skip day to be sure. Because sometimes the indications are wrong and you need to adjust the other way.

Locate the biggest onion I can find at the store, sliver it without cutting myself or crying and then wiping my eyes and making it worse . Spray crock pot with zero calorie cooking spray. Throw in slivered onions and a clove or two of crushed garlic and crank on high. Wash hands a billion times to get

MissM, Iíve been thinking of you because I discovered the most AMAZING recipe for pudding for P3. Itís made with coconut milk, so it does not contain dairy/cream. You wonít believe what itís made from...boiled eggs. I wouldnít have believed it if I hadnít made it myself, but itís like witchcraft. The most amazing, silky smooth pudding ever. It tastes awesome. I bought the turkey burgers from Trader Joe's, I plan on eating 2 patties with green beans for lunch everyday at work lol. Easy to grill up and be done for my busy job. With mustard, relish probably.

I never do bacon on low carb, I can never find any without sugar, they all add sugar, so it's off the list for me (even turkey bacon has sugar). I wish I could find breakfast sausage, turkey breakfast

The Inca Trail is the most famous hike in South America. Although the total distance is only about 39km, the ancient trail laid by the Incas from the Sacred Valley to Machu Picchu winds its way up and down, and around the mountains, snaking over three high Andean passes en route, which has collectively led to the route being dubbed the Inca Trail. The views of snowy mountain peaks, distant rivers, and ranges, and ...
  7. How do you prepare eggs in P2?

I'm on day 11 of my 5th round and I don't think I can stomach any more meat. I'd like to try some eggs. I've read that we can have 1 egg and 3 egg whites as the protein. So far, I have been preparing all of my meats on the George Forman grill, or in a skillet with broth. How should I cook eggs since I can't use any oil/butter? Thanks!

  10. Update on Back to the PAST--p2 CONTINUED

Okay, finished the PI, ended at exactly LDW from 2 weeks before. Since my Planned Interruption was 14 days, I did 2 days of loading during which I gained 5.6 lbs. Frankly did not enjoy the load days all that much. I was really surprised that I just couldn't eat like I used to and much of what I thought I was craving, like Pizza, I didn't enjoy at all The first load day, I did include sugar and starches, but found my cravings, quickly satisfied and found the sweetness almost sickening. ...
