  2. And now I'm a believer

    I use my wall calender to record my weight each day, and this morning I realized I have been on the diet a week today. That went by WWWAAAAAYYYYY faster than I thought it would. Especially since I've been picking up all kinds of shifts at work and any time spent at work seems to drag on forever.

    1/2 tsp mustard powder
    salt (opt to taste)
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 medium orange

  5. Round 3 Day 6 VLCD -12.2 so far yay!!!

    This is my third round of HCG creme and so far I have lost a total of 68.6 with an unsuccessful round two . I mean I lost but i went on like four vacations right after so I gain the round two weight loss back
    R1=-50.6 12 weeks 4 weeks of maint
    R2=18.0 6weeks not so strict cheated alot no main phase
    gained 28.6 after r2 due to 8 weeks of whatever eating and vacations
    R3 D6= so far down 12.2

    So right now I am 16.4 pounds over my lowest weight of 209 ...

  6. First day of BAB!

    My first day of the big *** breakfast-

    First Big *** breakfast- 4eggs with pork rinds + 6-8oz pork chop- ate half of it + 2 pieces of bacon = Total Protein/Fat/Carbs = 59/32/4
    I hope I did this right! LOL.

  7. VLCD6- Miracle Noodle Update

    I finally tried the miracle noodles last night and to my surprise, still lost (0.8). DH lost 1.5 of course, but good news is we both lost. I ate about 1/3 and he ate 2/3 of the package. Yes, they smelled very fishy when opening (and I HATE seafood), but I just rinsed them really well, patted them dry, then threw them in a frying pan and dry-fried them.   9. Update- 2 rounds of hcg done

    So I finally lost enough weight to get a tummy tuck, and had it done on Wednesday! So excited and just wanted to update people on here. Tummy tuck is not for weight loss, just getting rid of the extra loose skin I had from losing so much on HCG and c section.

  10. Sorry I'm Blog Happy tonight! lol Suggestions...

    OK so here is my menu plan for yesterday and today, I could do more, but frankly it's Friday and I spent all day typing at work but from these two days does anyone see anything wrong? The only thing I can think is maybe because I'm only averaging 427 cals a day? less on the days I'm not hungry enough to eat my second fruit. and the days I eat fish its less calories too. But where do I get the extra calories to make up the 70ish or 100 some days that I am missing? any thoughts?
