    So I am on Day 39. I am so close to finishing off round 1 phase 2. It's actually very exciting. I am very proud of myself for taking this very serious.I had a total of maybe 3 days where I didn't eat on protocol. I find they pretty good. So since my days are getting closer and closer to ending phase 2 I am trying to do as much reading and studying on phase 3 as possible. I want to make sure all this weight I have lost so far stays off. As always any words of encouragement are appreciated. ...

    ugh- another gain! only .5 this time. I am not gonna panic - must be water - I didn't cheat - but I did have my second fruit yesterday, which I have cut out most days. I was afraid I didn't have enough calories, as I didn't have much asparagus for dinner. Only 11 days left in P2 - still debating on LR or not - I so want to get back to the gym - and my only time for it is in the morning - which makes the BAB not possible within a half our of waking.   7. Bad bad day!

    So, here I am in Houston for business and totally derailed myself. They catered lunch so I had a chicken sandwich... Not exactly the protocal kind either. I took away half the bread but still... Cheat! Then the dueling piano bar... Mexican food... Ugh! I had just fajita chicken but sure it was more than 4oz and then vodka and a little wine... I feel so guilty. And the worst part is I passed on the cake, cookies, pretzels, sodas, beans, rice, guacamole

    What a week it has been. I have struggled so much the last couple days and don’t like this feeling. I have been thinking about just doing a 23 day round this time. I don’t know if I can make it the full 30 days or not. Week one is always the hardest and we went out of state unexpectedly so it has made this round even harder. I told the hubby if we do another round we are locking ourselves in the house for Phaes 2 like we did last time lol
    Oh well I will keep on truckin ...

  9. Trying to Get it Right

    So, I have decided, basically at the spur of the moment...that I am doing another round of hcg. I did my first round back in Novemeber of 2010 and after 3 rounds lost 67 lbs. I did so well maintaining and working out but as of Christmastime my eating has gone to hell and I have gained 15 lbs. At least, last time I checked it was around 15, I am actually scared to get on the scale.

    An acquaintance told me today that it is just a myth that muscle weighs more than fat according to Dr.Oz. So I googled it and it made me giggle. All my google results were articles about how a pound is a pound and a pound of muscle weighs the same as a pound of fat. Well duh.
