    What a week it has been. I have struggled so much the last couple days and don’t like this feeling. I have been thinking about just doing a 23 day round this time. I don’t know if I can make it the full 30 days or not. Week one is always the hardest and we went out of state unexpectedly so it has made this round even harder. I told the hubby if we do another round we are locking ourselves in the house for Phaes 2 like we did last time lol
    Oh well I will keep on truckin ...

  2. Trying to Get it Right

    So, I have decided, basically at the spur of the moment...that I am doing another round of hcg. I did my first round back in Novemeber of 2010 and after 3 rounds lost 67 lbs. I did so well maintaining and working out but as of Christmastime my eating has gone to hell and I have gained 15 lbs. At least, last time I checked it was around 15, I am actually scared to get on the scale.

    An acquaintance told me today that it is just a myth that muscle weighs more than fat according to Dr.Oz. So I googled it and it made me giggle. All my google results were articles about how a pound is a pound and a pound of muscle weighs the same as a pound of fat. Well duh. Of course a pound is a pound and a pound of fat weighs the same as a pound of muscle as a pound of feathers weighs the same as a pound of bricks.   5. P3D2...Ugh P3

    Really...I won't even consider that a loss because after I peed yesterday morning again I was 127.4...so I lost nothing from my FFF day...The only think I can think is that I havn't had a bm really since starting P3...and I shouldn't have had those few bites of steak last night....Today is a mac nut Fat Fast day....

  8. Amazing!

    I am so happy on this diet! I have had a few setbacks already and am a little rouge, but that's just me in general, lol. But I'm 7.5 lbs down and can almost see my weight back into the 100's again...woohoo! I haven't had any huge hunger pains that I can't deal with...other than the chocolate. I totally blame it on TOM, I don't normally even eat sweets! So it's gotta be that.

    I made regular, cinnamon and chocolate grissinis last night and those are my magic fix I've needed ...

  9. Ups and Downs (VLCD 28,29,30)

    Over the past few days my weight crept up and today it dropped back down. So for the last three days I have a net loss of 0.6 pound. BOO! My eating was pretty much the same. The only differences were 1) not drinking as much water as usual (only about 60 ounces each day). 2) Saturday I had alot of activity. 3) Also on Saturday I had pickles for one of my vegetables, no sugar, but probably more sodium that my body is accustom to.

  10. Pounds AND Inches

    I am on VLCD11, since I am doing a 10 day week, I got to measure and take a "during" picture (pffttt...). So, here's the tally for my first VLCD10....(insert drum roll here)......Weight lost (as of this morning) 23.6! Inches lost (as of this morning) 15.25"!!!! Including 3" off my belly (my super problem area).

    I hope everyone took beginning measurements, that tape measure will prove that you are not seeing things, and that people are not "just being nice", ...
