  1. I'm bummed!

    I'm really struggling! I'm not hungry at all inbetween meals but I'm craving food! It's all mental!!I've cheated so many times the past 5 days and I'm getting nowhere.... I've only lost 3lbs and yesterday I blew that! My parents and I went out of town for the day and of course they had to eat out and I totally went off plan! I paid for it this morning on the scale, I'm up 1lb.
    So far so good today! I'm trying my best NOT to cheat today!!1

  2. One week....

    Today is day 7 (including my loading days). I am down 12lbs! (*starting weight 267 *after loading weight 270 *today 257) Still adjusting to the lovely taste of black coffee! I have re adjusted my HCG injection dose(per my dr.) so lets see if thats the ticket! I am really looking forward to lunch, I made homemade taco seasoning (with hcg acceptable spices) on a bed of cabbage with cilantro!!! YUM! I am feeling challenged at work...I do work with and around food. Wish me luck! Have a great day everyone!!! ...

  5. Why I started HCG...

    I went to the doctor on 2/20/12. She now offers weight loss assistance with the help of a nurse practitioner who manages supplements. She ran a few test and found out three troubling things:
    1. My BMR is around 1300. For my age and weight, it should be closer to 1700.
    2. I was dehydrated, even though I drink 100 oz. of water a day.
    3. I am 50% fat.

    I couldn't believe it. I am so glad that I went to the doctor. I have struggled for a year to lose any weight ...

    I'm starting my VLCD today. So far, I'm not too hungry. Just a little "woogly" as I used to say when I was little. A little bit nauseous, a little bit hungry, a little bit weak. Nothing major. It sort of feels like when I was newly pregnant. Let's see how today goes!

  7. Woot! Woot! hcg 5 Vlcd day 3

    So this morning I have shown a total weight loss of 2 lbs. In my fantasy world of hcg dieting, I would have lost at least 8 pounds by now, but in the 3D world, it is not so. I am finding so far, that my meals are rather good. I bought a microwave rice cooker/vegetable steamer and have been using that for vegetables like asparagus and spinach, cabbage, and for fish like shrimp and talapia.   8. Revenge of the cookie~

    So weighing in this morning (I was 132.8 yesterday morning) My scale went crazy! First it said 132.2 then it said 133.6 then it said 132.6 then it said 133.8!!! I stopped after that one! Is this my body freaking out, "revenge of the cookie?" If you will? Guess Im not going to know until tomorrow. Im not touching that scale again today!

    Note: I am not hungry this am.
    I took my final dose and had to remix my next batch, so Im wondering if perhaps my HCG is losing ...

  9. HELP......I stuck and getting discouraged!

    I am not sure what to do....I want to lose another 10 pounds on this round and at this rate I see NO way of that happening! My plan was to do a short round and next week I would start P3. I hear people talk about a MINI-LOAD? what is this? I want to get my body back to losing like it was when I started the diet. I am Sooooo discouraged and not sure how I can get back on track with this! Can I stop the HCG for a few days and then start again and do the MINI-Load? Will this help in my weightloss. ...

  10. Im new!

    So here I am...day 5 of the HCG diet (after my 2 loading days) my very first round ever! I am officially down 11lbs already! Im very excited about my progress, yet frustrated with my cravings and ravish hunger in the afternoon times. When do the HCG injections start to "curb" your appetite? Any helpful hints? The green tea with stevia seems to help a bit, but....
