Ive been craving today. I ate 2 kernels of popcorn, 1 tortilla chip. This has been at separate times throughout the day. I'm concerned tomorrow and day 3 w/o drops, I'll have hunger pains. Off to a smashing start. Can't get a weight loss ticker to create. Startting weight this morning 180.8. I want to eventually get to 130. I am doing a 40 day round and would like to lose at least 30. Then I will take a break with p3 and 4, then try again. Realistically, I wish to get to at least 150 this round. Wish I could get the ticker creator to work but it keeps saying it is stalled.
