    1 oz shredded lettuce w/pico de gallo (event catered from Quodoba Mexican. All I could eat !?)
    3 oz hamburger, grilled w/mustard
    2 slices dill pickle stackers
    1 cracker
    16 oz water
    16 oz hot green tea

    I wish I would have done a blog the 1st round of HCG..but I didn't know about this site until now. Better late than never I suppose.

    This time around, I found it difficult to really eat heavy fats/carbs...there was a sense of guilt & shame..and to make it even more difficult..I knew whatever I gained by doing this load would push back my goal weight..Anyone ...

  3. Come on Monday

    I know most don't want to start the workweek but I look forward to the losses I when at work.My job requires so much walking(approx. 8 miles a day)that my losses seem so easy. This is the last monday I will look forward to because it will be the last vlcd monday for this round.   4. Day 1 of VLCD w/o drops

    Ive been craving today. I ate 2 kernels of popcorn, 1 tortilla chip. This has been at separate times throughout the day.

    I'm concerned tomorrow and day 3 w/o drops, I'll have hunger pains.

    Wednesday is P3. I can't wait to have garlic baked chicken wings and a huge veggie salad w/organic Caesar dressing.

  5. It's Working!! Day 32

    So this morning I jump on the scale with high expectations... you know how you have a mantra going of "Let me see _______ ! Please let me see ________!" And I look down and my eyes bug out of my head! 50 pounds!! FIFTY POUNDS!!!???? So I leave the bathroom and look on my bed to see if there is a big lump of blubber sitting there! I tell my husband and he checks out the scale... one of the battery contacts is not connected correctly. DANG!

    I mean, it kinda is: eat less and you'll weigh less (which we all know isn't necessarily true, despite all the people telling us that "you don't need no stinkin' supplement: just eat less and move more! What's wrong with you?").     Off to a smashing start. Can't get a weight loss ticker to create.
    Startting weight this morning 180.8. I want to eventually get to 130. I am doing a 40 day round and would like to lose at least 30. Then I will take a break with p3 and 4, then try again. Realistically, I wish to get to at least 150 this round.

    Wish I could get the ticker creator to work but it keeps saying it is stalled. Whe I go back, it mentioned once that it only works for goal losses of over 100 pounds. ...
