  1. LOL Of Course: P3D2 Correction Day

    Today's: 127.6....

    As I feared, something came back to bite me...My mom was also up 2 lbs so we both corrected today. I did a FFF day, my go-to...and near the end when I was gagging on the last few spoonfuls of fage, her steak finished so I left back a couple tablespoons of fage and had a few bites of steak.

    In other news! Today was day two of our weekend shopping spree, and I got some jeans from forever 21 and I can wear size ...

    I wish I would have done a blog the 1st round of HCG..but I didn't know about this site until now. Better late than never I suppose.

    This time around, I found it difficult to really eat heavy fats/carbs...there was a sense of guilt & shame..and to make it even more difficult..I knew whatever I gained by doing this load would push back my goal weight..Anyone ...

  5. Come on Monday

    I know most don't want to start the workweek but I look forward to the losses I when at work.My job requires so much walking(approx. 8 miles a day)that my losses seem so easy. This is the last monday I will look forward to because it will be the last vlcd monday for this round. Then I can be all ho hum about them until I start my next round lol! 4 injections to go and 7 vlcd left total, and my wish is to drop atleast 5 more(crosses everything you can possibly cross on your body) My goal is to be ...

  6. Day 1 of VLCD w/o drops

    Ive been craving today. I ate 2 kernels of popcorn, 1 tortilla chip. This has been at separate times throughout the day.

    I'm concerned tomorrow and day 3 w/o drops, I'll have hunger pains.

    Wednesday is P3. I can't wait to have garlic baked chicken wings and a huge veggie salad w/organic Caesar dressing.

  7. It's Working!! Day 32

    So this morning I jump on the scale with high expectations... you know how you have a mantra going of "Let me see _______ ! Please let me see ________!" And I look down and my eyes bug out of my head! 50 pounds!! FIFTY POUNDS!!!???? So I leave the bathroom and look on my bed to see if there is a big lump of blubber sitting there! I tell my husband and he checks out the scale... one of the battery contacts is not connected correctly. DANG!

    I mean, it kinda is: eat less and you'll weigh less (which we all know isn't necessarily true, despite all the people telling us that "you don't need no stinkin' supplement: just eat less and move more! What's wrong with you?").
