  1. 5 days in/ the back story

    It took me all this time to figure out where the blog feature was and how to utilize it. I wanted a place to jot down my thoughts as I make this journey because I'm finding it to be an interesting ride.

    Well I'm down 7.4 pounds as of today. Tomorrow I'm skipping a dose because I'm doing a long round and because I'm still hungry and need to figure this out.

    My cravings are still at bay. Food doesn't bother me just wish I could have more of the protocol food because I'm still hungry.

    One thing I'm really looking forward to is going shopping for clothes IN MY CLOSET! I have so many with tags still on them that I'm dying to wear. Can't wait!

  4. Still doing well with a couple of hitches

    Very pleased with my loss so far. Had extreme hunger and weakness at end of first week, almost what I would call one of my old adrenal fatigue attacks, and ate 1200 calories before I felt better. Ate on program except I had some butter on my breadsticks. Lowered calories to 1000 the next day, and decided to go to 800-900 to try to feel better. Paid with 2 pound gain over 3 days, then started losing again with around 850 calories per day. I feel much better with this higher caloric level so will ...

  5. 135 and dropping.

    This is amazing I'm loosing almost a pound a day. My energy is so high. I have been trying to be very active. I cleaned out my walk-in closet and my daughters bathroom yesterday. It is really hard to sleep and I have to take something but I definitely notice the difference in the scale when I sleep. I have 5 pounds left. I do not think I will make it because I want my last injection to be Wednesday. I want Mother's Day to be a no worry day. I will have been on protocol for 33 days. That ...

  6. So close to the 150's

    I am hoping to hit the 150's by this weekend. I'm just a couple of pounds from hitting it. I have these mental mini goals. That alone will give me even more determination to keep on going.

    I am really hoping that my order comes in soon so I can make this a long round. If I could lose the 34lbs it would make my next round a shorter round ...possibly. It really depends on whether my body will cooperate or not.

    Today resembled yesterday with just a slightly reduced hunger. Not sure if maybe because I ate an apple for breakfast helped but things were better today.

    I caved and had a burger wrapped in lettuce for lunch. Mmmmm... it was so good. I made it on the George Forman grill since my husband failed to fill the "extra" propane tank we have.   8. 7 more pounds to all time goal.

    This is my second round in a row. I started off at 165 5"6 female. I did it for 21 days and I got down to 148. It was a tough journey. I then went on vaca to Vegas and did not stay on protocol. I do not regret it because I had sooooo much fun. I did correction days and lost it. But I knew I was going on a nother round and slipped up. I loaded and ended up at 154. That's not to bad. My goal is 130. I have 7 more pounds to go. Today is number 23 on protocol. No never last past ...

    Well today was remarkably better than yesterday.

    I stripped down this morning, took a deep breath and stepped on the scale to view my reward from the previous day. -4 Wait let me say that again. I LOST FOUR POUNDS!! Ya, pretty darn sweet. I couldn't even do that on Atkins for a week. Still no withdraw headaches and very pleased with that. It's hard keeping up with a 20 month old all day when you're not feeling well.
