    I am down -1 this morning, that is -4 since I quit the drops in a week. I am so shocked at this. I've never been the kind of person that loses weight easily. I am not stablizing on P3 at all. Should I be concerned? I am staying low carb, not counting calories, but I'm satisifed with what I'm eating right now. I do currently have a head/chest cold so maybe onces that is gone I may feel like adding more food in, but right now I'm kinda loving the fact that I've lost more this week than I did the last ...

  2. This Cyldesdale's 2nd day

    Yesterday wasn't as tough as I thought it would be. I ate a terrific snack last night. It was an apple crisp with, choclate and irish coffee as sweetners. Also the apple crisps had cinnomon on them. I made at least 6 apples and baked them in a clear glass plate at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. I sprayed immitation butter cooking spray, thats zero calories. Darn good eating, ladies and gents.

  3. P1 D3 (drops) Loving my HCG! Day 3 weigh in this am - at 6.8 loss!!!

    Wow - thats about all I can say about this product!! I have not been hungry - much anyway. Down 6.8 in only 3 short days. Started Saturday. Can't wait to see what I will be at after 1 week. I've been feeling pretty good, getting all of my water in! Anyone thinking about doing HCG drops - should know that it really does work.   5. P2 Day 22

    down .4 this morning...

    yesterday:
    microwaved apple and cinnamon for BK
    lunch - chicken breast and cucumber salad
    dinner - fish and mixed greens

    feeling weak this morning - and didn't sleep well at all. I don't think I had enough calories yesterday - probably just over 400 - I did have 2 pieces of fish again to add calories and protein. I have a headache - probably cuz I didn't sleep well. Love seeing the scale go down tho! All day meeting today ...

    Today was my first day back to work (I was on vacation last week) and I really struggled to drink all this water (like I knew I would) I am a DM for a large retail chain. When I am in stores I just never have time to stop and dont want to be a bad example and carry it on the floor.
    I did a stupid thing today and got on the scale when I got home from work (which was late and after an 11 hour shift) and it was AWFUL. I am not even sure exacly what it said because I was so pissed- and I hadn't ...

  8. Im back for Round 4!!

    Well...I did phase 3 for three weeks...did fine...stabilized at 157.6...until TOM hit the other day....Im up 3lbs because of that..geesh...So Im here for another round...round 4...I am hoping this is my last round I will have to do...Phase 3 wasnt as bad as I thought it would be. Happy Releases everyone!!!

  9. Day 25 and Maths

    Woke up to a .5 kilo loss. YAY! If I keep up that pace, I will be under 100 by the end of this 40 day round and that will make me super duper happy. I have not been under a 100 kilos for over a year now. PLEASE GET THERE!!!

    I'm avoiding red meat. I have had the bread sticks twice lately as a small snack - rather than diving into the bags of chips we have here. I am drinking HEAPS of water and tea. I'm trying to sleep better.

  10. Today is my first day of VLCD

    I think my body is in shock....lol.

    I was doing pretty good until this afternoon, but now the hunger is getting louder. Hopefully things will calm down after eating dinner. I know I can do this if I get my hunger under control. Please tell me that it will?!
