  1. Cheated and Gained 5lbs.

    Hi Everyone, I'm doing injections Iím on P2 and as of yesterday I was on day 18th, I had lost 15.5 lbs so far, which is good for me, I had been very strict, not one cheat what so ever, I was sticking to the protocol exactly as directed - until yesterday when I consciously decided to have a cheat day as I have been feeling down and I think a bit cranky, plus there is a lot of stress going on at work I thought a cheat day will boost my spirits and give me the will to continue my HCG journey (as ...

  2. Week one done!! 9 pound loss....going by post load weight. YAY!

    Starting on VLCD8 and I'm 185. i am averaging about 1# a day and i am thrilled. My husband is doing this with me and he is averaging 2# a day the dog!! LOL Although I must say that he is having a rougher time on the VLCD than I am. he is extremely fatigued easily and since he does manual labor for a living, he is noticing it more than I am. But we are continuing on. We have just learned to really keep track of the time and eat even if we aren't hungry. I did stop taking the phentermine and water ...

  3. 13 more days left in R1/P2/

    I have 13 more days left of Phase two in round#1. I'm going to stay motivated and strong throughout the next 13 days. I'm going to stick with chicken and fish and chicken and fish only! I'm going to stick to spinach being my vegetable of choice and the apples, oranges, and strawberries! I would love to be able to lose 18 more pounds by February 4th, 2014.   4. VLCD 18: Blah, blah, blah

    The scale is my enemy, I didn't even look at it today. My Aunt Flo is in town and I'm still struggling with my water intake. Somedays, I'm good; other days, not so much, but I'm sick of talking about it. I'm just going to continue my diet, drink as much water as I can, continue working out and I'll weigh myself whenever. 22+ days to go, lets get it.

    No gain from yesterdays italian dinner out I had to go to. I was real careful the rest of the day.

  6. Load Day 2 - 167.2

    I was unsure this morning when I weighed myself, I had only gained a few ounces. Maybe I didn't load enough? This fat binging is not for me, i'm having a difficult time, especially since I changed my eating habits last year. I get disgusted with too fatty food. And also, I think it's saturated fats that taste strange to me now, it's unbearable, kind of like celery or cilantro.   7. GetSmaller : Day 16 Tempting fate

    Down .4lbs today. Just .1lb away from a normal BMI.

    Living dangerously today. Lunch was at a Vietnamese restaurant. Didn't touch the noodles or soups. Had grilled chicken and veggies (bean sprouts and lettuce). Shared most of the chicken with the family but it was definitely not breast meat. Have no idea how much it was (eyeball estimated at 4oz) or what the calorie count was.

    Truly not hungry at all for the rest of the day so skipped dinner.

  8. VLCD 18 - Gaining Momentum

    Hello!!! Well.. after a gain of .4 on day 14, a loss of .8 and .4 on days 15 & 16.. and THEN... *it* happened.. two nice losses, two days in a row!!! 1.2 on 1/21 and 1.4 on 1/22!!! So let me catch you up on what you've missed.

  9. R2 Loading fun....ehhhh...not so much!

    It's so strange. After only 1 round, my whole relationship with food has changed. I am not looking forward to loading...at all! I am only loading on P 3 foods and cannot think of anything to eat that I would miss. I guess that's good! Any suggestions?

    I feel like some carb dependence glitch in my brain has been healed. If that is the hypothalamus being reset ...well it truly is a miracle.

  10. Hamburger soup

    100 g leftover dry fried 95% lean ground beef
    1 med/lrg tomato, chopped
    1-2 cups of Campbell's salt-reduced beef stock
    3 tbsp italian seasoning
    pepper to taste

    Mixed all this together and let it boil for 15 mins. Eaten with one grissini stick.
