    Hello Friends!
    Wow...I can't believe I have been eating this low cal diet for 27 days (minus one )
    I have to say, yesterday and today I am BORED with the food. I am going to have to make something different. I have 14 more days of it so something has to give. I feel like I lose better though when I eat simply. Meat and veggies.

    I had a good loss today, almost 2 lbs. I am below my T Day weight now. I really hope to lose 10 more pounds by the end of P2.

  2. Zevia soda = garbage

    Wow, so I've been dying to trying Zevia, a soda made from Stevia. I've waited a whole week to get my hands on one.
    Finally, today I got to go to the whole foods by my job, and bought a ginger root and a cream soda one. They were out of cola, which was what a really wanted, but I thought I'd give those two a chance.

    After three sips from the cream soda, I poured it out and threw the can away. Disgusting!! At least I had the other soda. So, I tried it. Three sips and threw it ...
  3. P3D4: Down 1lb, now just 0.2 above LDW

    Very thankful that I am back down to around my LDW.

    Am very suprised by how well I have adapted psychologically to this stage of the protocol, and how easily I am coping with eating large amounts on a regular basis throughout the day. In fact, I am actually finding myself experiencing hunger which is spurring me on to maybe even increase my calories beyond the 800-1000 target I set myself for P3Week1 (gradually increasing up to maintenance of 1800 by end of P3).

  4. Meal So Good, I'm having it twice

    I started loading on turkey day and the day after because TOM was comming up and I literally gained two lbs after eating only drumsticks and some bacon slices on p3d1...That's normally something that would help me lost weight on my first day, but nope, I was up two pounds...The next day I had some more drumsticks and a steak for dinner...up 1.5, something was wrong...the next day was a fage day, down less than a lb...Either it was TOM or stabilization just wasn't gonna happen.   5. My sweet tooth satisfied!

    Hey friends! I am posting really short and quick for all my fellow sweet tooth dieters. Today I had apple pie....or something like that lol cut up some jazz apples no skin in a small skillet abt a T spoon of water seasoned with cinnamon and truvia cooked until soft. Crumbled up a piece of melba toast in a sandwich bag with cinnamon and truvia for the crust. put the apples on foil laid crumbs on top and sprinkled a little water on top so the toast wldnt be so hard baked it on 350 for abt 10 min and ...

    Could it be true? I'm down 5.6lbs in one day? Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know....it's water weight and TOM leaving. I just wanted for a second to believe I had actually dropped 5.6lbs overnight...lol...now if only I can be down another 4.4 in the morning (wishful thinking) I can be back down to my LDW....we will see!!!     The pounds are coming off. No lunch yesterday then an early dinner might account for it. I am having the most vivid dreams, they are so clear but then sometimes morbid.

  8. Steak day --- good!

    Dropped 2 lbs! So I am back on track. Wonder if this could work 2 days in a row? Eating out tonight...easiest thing I can order is steak!

  9. 11/29/11-VLCD4 and down another 0.6 to 154.4

    I have only 7.3 pounds to go now to hit my adjusted LDW of 147.1 and that means only 5.3 pounds till I am in the ZONE! I am excited. I think I might be down another pound tomorrow at least, since it has been several days since I have had a "move". I have been taking magnesium citrate 250mg daily, so I may take an extra 250mg tonight to see if it can help with that.

    Day 22:

    Today was our weekly weigh-in. I have lost a total of 18.2lbs since we started. I was hoping to hit the 20lbs mark this week but I hit some stalls, I will shoot for next week. The hubby is down a total of 33.2lbs since we started. Iím very happy for him I just wish I could lose as fast as him lol.

    Tonight I fixed chicken and cabbage. Iíve heard cabbage can make some people stall or gain weight I am hoping this is not the case. I went to Wal-Mart to buy cucumbers ...
