  1. Last 10 what to do?

    I did phase 2 for 31 days and lost 25 pounds. I am happy with that but my goal is at least 10 more. I have been on phase 3 for almost 2 weeks and am doing well I am stabilizing right at liw of 149. I want to be 140. I have been excercising a lot. What do I do about the last 10 pounds? Should I do a mini round? Or should I try to loose it on my own. It's not a lot it just aggrivates me that I can pinch the fat everywhere. Help!!!

  2. Trying to stay positive...

    So I am only down .2 ounces today - hardly worth mentioning. I'm ok with it, I have to be - I really don't have a choice. As of today, I am down 32.8 pounds! Woot Woot! Now THAT is something worth mentioning! A few more days and bring on phase 3 - oh yeah!

  3. Loading

    Well today is the first of my loading days, I made a good-bye pile and anything I know I shouldn't eat to be healthy I put on the pile.

  4. WTH? I gained!!!!! ( I think )

    So I either read the scale wrong or I have gained 2.4 pounds. I MUST have read it wrong. I usually step on it 3 times to make sure it registers the same and yesterday I didn't, so I hope that is the case. I did nothing different at all yesterday and I follow protocol to the letter. I am also on my period, but today is day 4 so that shouldn't be it. So far today is not starting out good - I gained, AND my Fitbit quit working - so sad.   5. First week complete! Day 7

    Well! I just have to say how glad I am for this forum and the ability to use this blog. I have been keeping track of my food with an iPhone app that turned out to be wrong in many areas, as well as, had no ability to look back and see what you did, which is very useless in my opinion. Although I don't have the ability to choose what I need my caloric intake to be I have chosen to use myfitnesspal app and like that I can go back and look at what ive logged.

  6. Starting soon

    I'm so excited, to start my hcg next week.
    I've been almost ready to admit to myself that I needed to change for a few months, if any of you have had the *feeling* you know it.
    The almost itch when you look at yourself in the mirror and you think I can't stand myself anymore.. but I will have to change. .. am I ready to commit to that?

    I think a lot of people forget that there is a real person with real feelings sitting at their computer just like they do.   10. The Proof is in the Clothes

    At first, I wasn't happy with the numbers on the scale as I was hoping to lose more weight this cycle. It's Day 28 and I'm down 13.6 lbs. I had a 5-6 days stall on week 2 when my period showed up 2 weeks early. Over the last 4 days, I've lose 0.4 every day.
