  1. High Protein not Steak Day, Thank Goodness!

    So after getting some advice in the forums and looking up some info on high protein days, I've realized that I need to do that today and not a steak day. Which is great, because I am ravenous...The plan is to have pork chops, chicken, and salmon through out the day.

  2. LDW 165 for a total of 16# loss including load weight on R2

    It's official today is my last dose day and my LDW will be 165 for a YTD total loss of 33.5 since Turkey Day. I can dig it. 3 more days of low calorie diet. Yesterday I was so starving that I made a whey shake 10AM and had 4 oz. steak for lunch and again for dinner. Still ended up with a 1/2 pound loss. The hunger was unbelievable...not sure why???? The added protein helped me through without going totally off the reservation. Equalled all total an extra protein portion.

    194.25....(-1.25) Woo HOO!!!! That's the kind of loss I am talking about! 2 more days of injections left. This morning I hit the 90 lbs lost marker! Cannot believe it! I know it is going to take awhile for my brain to catch up with my body. I know I will have alot of questions this weekend at the campground. I haven't seen these people since mid way through my first round. I never let my secret out though. I just tell people that I am eating healthy and organic. I can't wait to do my measurements ...

  4. A bitter sweet moment

    Yesterday after realizing that I might have an intolerance to the Fage And feeling Soo sickly full because of eating so much I was worried that I might not lose, or even worse, that I might gain! But, I actually dropped down 1.8...The problem is, that I gained 2.5 and I'm still above my 2lb range, which means another correction day for me. Unfortunately I'm up 6 hours earlier than usual and I'm already getting hungry.

  5. P.S. My 30 day dose is only $55

    I'm taking an OTC capsule, not injections or drops. VLCD 19 and I have lost 15 pounds. I am eating more chicken than 100 grams, which explains the slower losses - but - if you are looking to save money, you may want to go the "Activator" route.

  6. Is that a FOUR on my scale?!?

    Starting weight, last year: 175. Starting weight on HCG (after loading) 164. TODAY'S WEIGHT: 149.

    Are you serious!?!?!?!??!?! Too good to be true. Yesterday, I was convinced I was going to stop after TOM - but now I only have 4 - 9 pounds to go until my ULTIMATE goal! This might turn out to be a 40 day VLCD and then I cannot wait to hit my spin bike and the pilates mat.

    Good gracious, I am on an absolute high! BONUS I am going to run into my X this weekend ...

  7. VLCD49 - can;t believe I made it this long

    It seems like a long time, and yet not a long time at the same time. Still holding steady with my weight at just a shade over 101kgs. This means I won't make my come to jesus goal for this round of being under 100kgs.. but that's ok. I guess *pouts a little*

    I'm hoping that next round I will be more focused on my schoolwork - of course next round won't be at the END of semester.. unless I cycle. I think that too much homework and no ability to snack makes Abbey go something.. ...

  8. Stop me from sticking my finger down my throat!!!!!!!!!!!

    What? Me obsessive? I had a HORRIBLE couple of days. I was OK yesterday... Today? I had had enough. I took my parents out to eat a Frisches and had a big boy with onion rings and tarter sauce AND a mini hot fudge cake.... Yes, yes I did. And it KILLS me to tell you this. It's so embaressing. It tasted wonderful at the time, but now that I think about it... not that wonderful. Per fatsecret.com I'm at 300% of my calories today and I hardly ate anything this morning and... didn't drink hardly ...

  10. Waiting for TOM, ready to eat...

    I am ready for a glass of milk. I am on VLCD18. I am near enough to goal and am dying for a glass of skim milk. I'm also dying for a carbonated beverage, and I'm jonesin' for cheese. I can't remember if I skipped my dose today, and I'm sleeeepy. I hope I am better after TOM arrives - but I have a feeling this might be a tough week. No dose while on TOM, and eat 2-3 more days VLCD after day 23???

    Someone tell me they've been there and that it gets better!!!
