Rese - [anti-inflammatory "The Plan" in P4]



I'm following Lyn Genet's (lyngenet.com) book that goes through 20 days of clean eating to figure out which foods -- that you wouldn't necessarily think could -- actually trigger weight gain. First heard Grammy mention it.

    Regarding the book "The Plan" -- There does seem to be some design elegance and thoughtfulness put into the plan ... it's interesting ... rather than someone trying to sell an idea who then just comes up with recipes. ... ...

    Hi - I'm starting this blog in case my P4 stabilization efforts with "The Plan" (which Grammy recently mentioned) are of any help. It's Lyn Genet's (lyngenet.com) book that goes through 20 days of clean eating to figure out which foods -- that you wouldn't necessarily think could -- actually trigger weight gain.
