    What a week it has been. I have struggled so much the last couple days and donít like this feeling. I have been thinking about just doing a 23 day round this time. I donít know if I can make it the full 30 days or not. Week one is always the hardest and we went out of state unexpectedly so it has made this round even harder. I told the hubby if we do another round we are locking ourselves in the house for Phaes 2 like we did last time lol

  2. Holding strong Phase 4

    So far so good on phase 4 Last night the hubby and I went out to eat and had a big juicy steak with a salad and a baked potato. I was so scared to eat the baked potato but this morning when we did our weigh in we were fine. I was up 0.2lbs and he wasnít up any. Really I can eat a potato and not have to worry like I did. That makes me happy! I wouldnít do it every day but just knowing it is possible is awesome!

  3. Phase 4

    Phase 4:

    Well I have made it to phase 4, Yahoo. My weight has stabilized and seems to be holding within 2lbs. Iím still not sure if Iím eating enough calories but Iím trying to eat more and more each day.

    I have been thinking about doing another round and when will be the best time to start phase 2 again. I want to make sure I will be home for the most part of the first week. The first week was the hardest for the hubby and me. We had horrible headaches and were not ...

  4. oopsie rolls

    I fail at making oopsie rolls Am I the only one? I have tried a few times and they just donít turn out right. I wonder if I need to work on the egg whites more. This is so sad because I was looking forward to them for a long time now. Oh well I guess I can try again. Does anyone have any suggestions on how you make them?

  5. Test of all Tests

    Phase 3:

    This is the test of all tests for a couple reasons. I am out of state for a wedding and I am so sick. I have been nauseous and feel like I canít keep anything down. Today I had to go to eating 4 crackers to settle my stomach. I know they are not in phase 3 but I couldnít keep driving all day the way I felt. They did help and I only ate enough to stop the nauseous feeling. I will see how that affected me in the morning and Iím a little scared.

  6. Merry Christmas Eve

    Phase 3:

    I am loving phase 3. I canít begin to tell you how happy I am that I will be able to eat for Christmas. I know I canít eat everything I want to but we have made some changes to what we will serve. I am so thankful my in-laws understand. I think it helps that I pack some food to bring with us so when everyone else is eating things that we canít eat the hubby and I donít have the desire to cheat.   7. Phase 3 Day 1

    Phase 3:
    Day 1: The hubby and I couldnít wait to eat an egg so this morning so I fixed us an egg and boy oh boy were we shocked. The egg was so rich and made us sick to our stomach. Iím seeing how much our taste buds have changed since we started on HCG. I find myself still craving phase 2 foods. I guess I will keep eating them but in larger portions.

  8. Phase 3 here I come

    Phase 2 starts tomorrow and Iím kind of excited. The longer today goes the hungrier I feel. I guess thatís my bodies way of saying my body is clearing the HCG. Iím going to start adding food slowly I donít want to mess this up. I think I will start out with eggs for breakfast tomorrow. The hubby is looking forward to bacon and eggs in a few days.

  9. Day 36 VLCD and last day for drops

    Day 36:

    The time has come to stop our drops, we enough to take it a total of 4 more times, so that would be only twice for the hubby and me if we took it tomorrow. We have both agreed to stop a few days earlier then we planned. So my LDW is 169.8 and the hubby is 140.0. I think thatís pretty good.   10. Day 33 VLCD

    Day 33:

    Well itís finally happened, Iíve hit a stall and donít seem to be going anywhere for almost a full week. I am going to do an apple day and hope it helps. I am so close to the end and would really like to get below 170 before this round is over. I know I can do it!
