  1. TOM came not on schedule!!! Is this normal?

    I am on day 11 of hhcg vlcd and I started my drops a day after TOM on 04/13/2011.. But I got TOM again just a few days ago and not spotting but the normal amount... I am like a clock and have never been irregular.. Is this normal? feel great and have continued to lose.. but just wondering...

  2. Another 2 down.. in 7 days 10 total.. on p2!!!

    So woke up weighed myself and another 2.. I can't believe it! Picturing myself thin, healthy and a size 7..
    I have been tempted beyond this week. My mom is in town for Easter weekend and she's a health nut,so she helps me alot.. so she's actually eating like me.. lol! She's 60 (but looks 45) and has about 10 pounds she's been wanting to lose so.. starting her on the drops.. she's loading with me over the weekend..

    Gotta tell you guys,all the support on here motivates me not ...

  3. Down 2#'s woohoo!

    I did things to the T yesterday and it worked... VLCD 6 and already 8 pounds down.... Can't believe it..

    Had cabbage for dinner, it was delicious...

    used braggs organic apple cider vinegar, pepper, steamed in water and added some garlic powder...
    didn't over cook so there was a crunch to it.. and it was yummy with a lean beef pattie..

    Loved it..

  4. Gained .5/think it was the turkey burger!!!

    ON DAY 5 OF VLCD... HAVE LOST 5.5 SO FAR.. WITH TODAY'S GAIN OF .5... A LITTLE UPSET, BUT I KNOW THIS IS A LEARNING PROCESS... I ATE A LEAN TURKEY BURGER WITH A SALAD FOR LUNCH YESTERDAY. ALSO HAD DINNER LATE AND ATE MY 2ND FRUIT LATE WITH DINNER AT ABOUT 9PM... I DRANK PLENTY OF WATER... NOT SURE BUT HOPEFULLY IT WILL BE BETTER TODAY...

    GONNA START A LOG OF WHAT I EAT.. I THINK THAT MAY BE HELPFUL. ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS OF WHAT MAY HAVE HAPPENED...? GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!!!!
