P3 D8 RE introducing PORK

Well today i was sooo surprised to step on the scale and discover another loss. .8 loss after having discovered the minute muffin and cocoa crack yesterday.

Today I am pushing the limits with FATS and CALORIES. wanted to up my protein...but I cant do it without uping fats too. I heard from some of the experts that you really need to push your caloric limit to set hypothalamus at highest point possible. So lots of fat today and reintroducing pork. Will see how that goes...last time it cost me almost 2 lbs!!!!!

B: Mug Muffin, 1 scram egg, coffee, 1/2c blueberries lemon parfait
L: : 1/4lb hamburger, mustard lettuce tomato onion jalapenos pickles, sf ketchup
S: 3/4c raspberries, lemon parfait
D 7.5 oz Carnitas habanero salsa
D: 6 pcs cocoa crack
